Chad was wonderful to work with! He was very patient with us asking so many questions and we appreciated his honesty, even when it wasn't what we hoped to hear. We bought a house and sold a cabin with him, Angela and Dawson and they were all fantastic! We highly recommend the Counselor Realty team and we will do business with them again. When the opportunity presents itself, they will be my first call.

Working with Chad was wonderful! He showed me many homes in the area from building new construction to finding a home already built. We found a wonderful cabin and he was excellent in getting the offer accepted and closed on the home a month and a half later!

Scammed me out of my deposit and acted like it was our fault because he didn't have a tenant lined up. The house was left in perfect condition. If you have an option go with someone else.

Chad peephole is not an honest person.....even he knows it. I wouldn't sell a dog house through Chad.....
