After looking at the buildings onsite, we called the number listed. We had a few questions and possible modifications we wanted made on a specific building we liked. After only asking a couple questions the gentlemen interrupted us mid sentence and was extremely rudely. He was not willing to even discuss building a shed, making changes, or giving us ideas or pointers on what we were looking for. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I called to purchase an 8x12 side lofted barn that was advertised on their website for $2695.00 after talking with the dealership owner I was informed that the price had gone up and was now $3456. I reminded the owner that the building was advertised on his website clearly for $2695+tax. He said this building had sold and he was quoting new stock.
I asked which of the buildings he was showing as "in stock" were for sale for their advertised prices. He replied none...We then had a conversation about how no buildings shown on his "in stock" website were actually onsite for sale for the prices shown. He somehow had lots of "new stock" at "new pricing" for sale but nothing at the publicly advertised prices. I questioned this to the point of feeling uncomfortable with doing business with Brainerd Buildings and Mini barns. I do not recommend this business.
