This is a shout out for Barb, Reno and Rod! Barb always goes above and beyond for my parents who have a cabin in Pierz, and is so patient and diligent towards my dad. We had an air flow issue over memorial weekend and Reno and Rod came out to do a service check when we thought we wouldn’t get it handled until later in the month. Saved the fun family weekend time! Reno and Rod were both extremely kind and fast working, and took the time to slowly explain things to both of my parents. The Mayo family thanks you!!!! ❤
