Recently purchased our third Hot Springs spa from the Baxter, MN Hot Springs team. Appreciate the great service from Sherry, Colby and the entire team in helping us pick the right spa and working through the process all the way through installation and set-up. Colby was a great help in selecting the right spa and getting a good price for us. We bought the Pulse salt water spa with the platinum tub liner and IQ System and are happy with it. Colby even came out with the delivery to help make sure everything was set up correctly. As a new spa owner, I've had to call with questions, and everyone has been helpful in giving good answers and advice.

I have purchased at least 6 Hotsprings spas from different dealers around the country and this family dealership is just the very best. I have NEVER had such a warm caring purchase before. Emily has been beyond fantastic to work with. From start to finish she was easily available to answer my questions and concerns. I shopped around at other hot tub locations, and they could not compare to how well my experience was with Hotspring and the help I experienced with Emily.

My new hard-wired hot tub monitoring system installed by HotSprings Hydrotherapy in Brainerd is a game changer! Adjust the temp from an app on your phone (turn down if you won’t be there for a while and turn back up before you get there ), monitor and adjust salt, turn on jets or lights. Best part; no more having a floating monitor in your tub that you have to remove and dry off for 12 hours before recharging periodically. Awesome product!!

Exceptional customer service! I purchased a Hot Springs Grandee spa from another dealer in the Cities and was immediately abandoned by them as soon as they left my property. They told me to call to walk through the initial setup after I filled the tub and was instantly ghosted by the two techs and the salesperson I had been dealing with. Then I discovered this gem of a business in the Brainerd area. Sherry and Emily were instantly helpful in troubleshooting a problem with my cover lifter. And they were a wealth of information on helping me get the most out of my tub. They will be getting all my future business; I just wish I would have purchased my tub from them (though they made it clear it did not matter, they were going to be helpful no matter where I bought it!). I also must say the salt water system and filtration is amazing. The water is always clean and once the chemicals are balanced the salt keeps the chlorine level perfect every time. I use softened well water and the tub is outside. Highly recommend Hot Springs Spa and especially recommend this dealer!!

I was very happy with the whole experience. I wet tested one to see if I liked the lounger,and test the jets...it was awesome.I highly recommend them if your thinking about getting a hot tub.

I stopped in the store for products for our hot tub. Sherry and Greg were very knowledgeable about their products and what I needed. They also recommended some aromatherapy crystals for the water. Used the lavender scent for sleep promotion and it was very relaxing😊

We are very happy with our salt water tub from HotSpring Hydrotherapy! The owners were incredibly helpful and didn’t give us a sales pitch. The delivery/setup process was seamless, even though we had given them the task of getting the tub inside through a standard doorway. I’m so excited to have found them! I was certain we would have to go with a soft sided tub until we went to their showroom and saw the low profile options. The tub we ended up with is nicer than I could have imagined and now I feel like I get to escape to a day spa in my own home. Thank you Sherry and Greg!
