This is a delightful local bakery serving up a variety of delicious treats and bread. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. We met the owner too and loved hearing how she incorporated her story and wove it into the amazing place it is today!

I always come here when in Michigan. Abby's cookies are just the best. If you haven't had her coconut macaroons you're truly missing out. They're the best macaroons I've EVER had and my family owned a bakery for 54 years. The quality of ingredients and love she puts into everything make this place top notch. And if you're lucky enough to catch Franny, the founder of Cookies On Call, don't hesitate to stop and say hello.

Along with cookies, you can also get beautiful cakes! My wife loved it!

We planned a trip to South Haven for my mother-in-laws birthday and needed a local bakery to make a cake to help us celebrate. I came across Cookies on Call and reached out to Abby to see if she could create a drip cake while we were visiting. I ordered ahead and arranged our pick up date for while in town. Showed up on our pick up date and Abby delivered a beautiful, delicious masterpiece! Everyone in our group loved it and we all raved it was one of the best cakes we’ve ever had. Working with Abby was a breeze and if we make it back to South Haven we will be sure to have something to celebrate just so we can get another cake from Cookies on Call!!

A cookie you can sink your teeth into! The flavors were amazing, I wish I had gotten more but we were buying for the road so I didn't taste them until we got home. I will definitely stop again when we are in the area next time. Service was supper friendly. Just a great place to be.

I am a pretty picky cookie eater. You should not need fillings or toppings to have a cookie. I purchased PB, Fall Out, & sugar sugar. By far my favorite one is fall out. I will be returning

Abby and Tabby are quite the team. Cookies, scones and other delights make this place a definite repeat.
Open everyday and they deliver.
Had to find parking on a busy Saturday but, it was worth it.

Abby is the best! The cake that she made for my family was spectacular. It was wedding cake quality! The key lime pie that she made was delicious. I cannot recommend her enough.

Cookies on call are the best cookies I've ever had I recently placed an order for Valentine's Day and Abby went above and beyond for my order I highly recommend shipping these cookies as gifts. They come individually wrapped with instructions to heat them up 17 second in the microwave and it's like eating them fresh from the oven. Thank you again for the great cookies and service!!

Excellent baked goodies, phenomenal service. It's a must stop in shop! They also ship orders ANYWHERE. All baked goods are freshly baked, and their store is adorable. Stop in for the smells, friendly staff, and leave with the best cookies, biscotti, and scones anywhere!

We ordered a cake for my mom's 60th birthday. Abby recommended french vanilla and strawberries with Chantilly cream frosting. It was one of the best cakes we've ever had. Very affordable and prompt responses.

Abby is a wonderful person. The baked goods are wonderful, and I will always go back to them. Cake bombs, cookies, scones, ordered cakes. Would totally recommend them!

Fell in love with these cookies and biscotti while vacationing in Saugatuck! Doug at the Cookies on Call location at The Butler Pantry was fabulously knowledgeable about the products, and our family looked forward to seeing him each afternoon for our daily treats (and afternoon coffee - try the French Silk!). Every cookie was just delicious (kids loved chocolate chunk, hubby loved the Butler Pantry, and my fave was the Choc PB); and the Cherry Almond Pistachio biscotti was the best biscotti I’ve ever had in my life. I know what treats we’ll be sending family this year over the holidays! Can’t wait to return.

These cookies are amazing!! We live out of town. We go to South Haven for our Anniversary every year. We stop in for cookies every day while we are in town!! I love the Butlers Pantry cookie!!! Amazing!! Really nice ladies too!

The cookies here are amazing, great tasting. Biscotti's are some of the best I've had, and I'm not sure I've​ ever had a Pinole, but that is a pastry you have to try. Plus the people are so friendly,what a great find.

I found cookies on call when they were located in Douglas Mich and have followed them to South Haven. Great products, never have been disappointed.Abby is the best.Will drive in from Chicago, their cakes and cookies are worth the drive.Dennis
