Great ice cream and service. My daughter is lactose intolerant and they went out of their way to accommodate her. She said it was the best ice cream she ever tasted! Ours was great too! Super nice people.

You'll find Kilwin's in touristy places. It's a great treat for a hot day.

The smell of chocolate and delicious catches you on the street. Chocolates, fudge, and I've cream are all there. So many flavors or everything!!! Fudge...at least 10 flavors. Ice cream...at least 15. Chocolates...well they line the walls. They even have iced and hot drinks. A perfect stop.

If you love fudge or anything involving chocolate, this is your store. On the pricey side but they have terrific sweets.

Service was awesome but flavor selection of ice cream was smaller than other Kilwin locations. Caramel Apples looked incredible and I'll be back before Halloween to purchase some for those special neighbors children.

I’ve seen several reviews complaining about not knowing the price or that they aren’t displayed which simply is not true. People tend to get distracted by the delicious ice cream so they don’t look up! The prices are always displayed on the top of the ice cream case! I hope this is helpful to everyone else! :)

Ice cream and fudge was delicious, don’t know why people are surprised that an ice cream cone is 7 dollars when your in a touristy town near the beach, of course they’re going to up charge a little bit just like every other store around! Great service:)

Well we went here for the 1st time on a Date weekend with my soon to be Wife! It's a High End shop and it's on the expensive side however the quality is Great and like they say you get what you pay for! The staff was knowledgeable and polite! They gave me some free ice cream and a discount for being the last person in line, he asked me to politely tell anyone else who came that I was the last customer (It was already 1 hour past they're closing time and they're was still about 35 people in front of me) so I did so to about 20 people and Thus I was rewarded for being the Last Person Bouncer LOL

The most magical ice cream you will ever have…a South Haven classic. I’m lactose intolerant and I broke my usual dairy fast for their s’mores ice cream and it did not disappoint. Sea salt caramel fudge was delicious, too!

Kilwin's is one of my favorite vacation stops. My kids were convinced that we based our family vacations on Kilwin's locations - and there might have been a little truth to that. As soon as you enter, the aroma just gets you. You might get lucky and get to watch them make their homemade fudge & candies while you're there. My favorite is a Mackinac Island Fudge ice cream on a homemade waffle cone -- it's simply fantastic. You might have to wait in line for a bit -- but it's worth it -- it's ice cream at it's finest.

The best ice cream I have ever tasted! Also has homemade giant peanut butter cups. The staff is very helpful and let's you taste many different ice creams before making a decision.

ALL their ice creams are kosher, certified by Shield K, and many of their chocolates as well (prepackaged ones). Of course their items are delicious, and I'm so happy to have a place in town I can take my Orthodox Jewish friends to when they visit!

Had ice cream in fresh made waffle bowls. Also were treated to a sample of fresh made fudge that was still warm. So delicious.
