Absolutely outstanding customer service at the Menards in Sterling!!! Shana and Joseph at customer service were incredibly helpful as we needed to process a cancellation order for another store and get one placed for the Sterling location! They provided seamless service and were both very friendly! Also there flooring selection is great! If you ever need help definitely look for Shana!

Love this place. Ran in, got my weather stripping and my house is much warmer.

Usually in most stores it takes forever to find help so I didn’t bother since the garden center was jammed packed today I needed 20 bags of compost I lifted maybe 3 bags and helped found me! I believe his name was Estle he helped load it for me and also loaded it on my truck very thankful!

Great service and stocked material. A little expensive to produce quantity of building blocks for production and landed costs for objective. Contact me direct for a paid reference for small family business establishing in May of 2024.

I went to menards this morning 4-1 2023 to get window roller shades. I could not be more happy with my shades!!! Thank you Bryan. This young man is very knowledgeable on window treatments. He is a great asset to the company menards. Ty

It's one of my favorite places to go since buying a home. We now can get new "toys" there. Just watch your prices and quality of what you are getting. We shop online first and then go see it in person. Look online at other places and see if they will price match. Worst they can do is say no. I do that on everything I buy at any place. You don't want me to go with you to buy a automobile. LOL

Really helpful and friendly associates. Had exactly what I needed. Update: Still good place to go just don't like that the rebates only come back as certificates that can only be spent at Menards so you really don't save that money.

Always a great visit we stopped at this one on our way back home from a trip. It was setup EXACTLY like the one we go to regularly. That makes it so nice to go to the exact place and get what you need.

Best selection, best prices, and rebates. Just purchased about 100lbs of landscaping river rock cheaper than any place else. Always a go to store for any home needs.

I went in today and asked for help in two departments (paint & garden center) both employees helped me with a smile on their faces, listening to my thoughts and plans and also offering suggestions. Samuel in the garden center was specifically kind and helpful!

Was in and out. The employees are right there to help. We bought a mini blind for an odd sized window and they cut it right to size for us in quick time. It fits beautifully.

The store has a large selection of products, prices are very good.board selections are nice. various thicknesses of different species is great for the woodworker. Lots of fastening selections, household items and tools are great as well.

As usual they had what I needed. I do think the members could use a bit more training. There are some who should be more knowledgeable about products in their departments. But I will give an E for effort.

I'm a big fan of Menard's. Just getting used to this store staff very helpful if you need help with finding something... but you need to ask them I ran around looking for a product and several employees looked at me but kept on trucking. Other than that great prices dependable products great pet snack/food deals

Employees are generally very knowledgeable and helpful
They can generally can lead you right to the item you are looking for. Occasionally a new employee isn't completely aware of where everything is. Sometimes it can be difficult finding an associate in a department but usually one in another Dept. can assist you or call for an associate in the dept you need help in. As far as loading materials if you can't find someone to help all you have to do is call the front desk and tell them where you are in the yard and you need help
They will tadio someone to come help! Overall beats the hell out of Lowes and Home Depot on what they stock! Go to Georgia , home of Home Depot and a Lowes stronghold and expect to be disappointed because they don't have what you need that you can get at Menards any day!

I just have to say that I had a GREAT experience working with the Sterling Menards Store. I bought a stand up freezer while they were on sale and also with the 11% rebate over the phone. Everyone from the young lady who took my order to the gentleman in charge of shipping were very friendly and accommodating. As well as the delivery person who delivered the freezer the next day. All the paperwork was in line and they made it so easy to make my purchase. I will be getting all of my appliances at Menards from now on. Very refreshing doing business with all of them. I wish I could remember all of their names, I phoned in my my order 7/8/16. Please give them all a "Good Job!!!"

Been here so many times and i do like the prices id say. Last night august 25th we went in to buy a storm door. The employee Matt helped us with our purchase. Super nice guy!!! I am sure ive never had a bad experience with this place.

They're always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. They always have tons of cool things on clearance too. I always spend more than I plan to🤣
