This GameStop has improved tremendously over the last 2-3 years. The employees are more than happy to help anyone and will answer any questions you have. The store is almost never out of stock for most things anymore, and lots more choices. When I entered a couple of weeks ago, they had "upgraded" everything and the newest gaming gear was in the store. Very impressed with the improvements to this location!!

The staff and Mangers are incredible! They always greet and get to know you and your interests! Doesn't matter if you collect collectibles from funko pops to marvel legends figures or going in for a $10 used game or a $65 new game the employees are great and more than willing to help!

Staff is super friendly and even if they dont have what Im looking for they let me know other places that have it. Glad to see businesses supporting other businesses. They have great deals and bundles. Always enjoy conversing with them about different games. Its great to know they actually care about the products being sold. They have a wide variety of items, games, and devices. Super convenient and fast.

Very friendly store lead, quick and efficient. Made sure we were ok with it before he paused helping us with our trade in to quickly help a few other customers who were ready to pay and leave.

All the workers are very helpful. not only do they have games but a lot of different accessories as well as shirts, hats and so on. We visit here at least 2 times a week.

From a video game challenged parents point of view the staff at this store are always very helpful on the phone or in store. I would rate surrounding area stores (Dixon and Clinton) 2 stars based off the perfect service I always recieve at this store.
