ABRA did a great job on our car! They had it finished and ready to go in four days. We are very pleased with their work.

The work was excellent and the staff was very polite. I added before and after pictures to show the wonderful difference.

All I can say is that accidents are no fun. They are stressful and inconvenient. The people at ABRA in Sterling Il were helpful in all the processes. They went above and beyond when the insurance company did little or nothing in their responsibility to me, the client. They were efficient, polite and very understanding to my needs. I would highly recommend them and their services. I got my vehicle back in a very timely manner and am ever so grateful.

ABRA replaced my front bumper and right lamp kit. After a neighbor ran into my car his insurance company sent me to ABRA to have repairs done. They were extremely helpful with working with the insurance company and car rental company. They made everything go very smoothly. Would definitely recommend this company!

They always do a great job and they’re fast. They also detail your vehicle inside and out when you go to pick it up. My truck looks like new and they’re not that expensive.

Reasonable Price for new windshield. They did a great job. I didn't go thru my car insurance. SELF PAY requires 50% down before they'll order the windshield.

They did a good job on my VW after a run in with a deer. Took time but thats expected with getting parts for GTI that was made still in Germany. One door was a little off after they reassembled, and took it over and they readjusted right there quick no problem. Friendly people. Dixon VW recomended them.

Everyone was friendly and helpful when I called to see about getting my windshield fixed and when I took my car in to have it looked at. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the work done on my windshield. I felt I was in good hands and trusted them. I would highly recommend them and go back if need to.

Went to have my chip in my windshield looked at said to come back on Monday and it took about 45 minutes to repair very fast and good job I will recommend them to everyone thanks again

This place had up front and honest pricing, which is hard to come by these days. There were some insurance issues which they handled. They scheduled the time and were done as scheduled. I would recommend them.

These guys were absolutely awesome. They replaced 2 cracked windows. They not only went above and beyond our expectations they were very professional and work was completed perfectly and efficiently. We will use them for all our vehicle needs going forward and we highly recomend them.

Abra is wonderful to work with. I needed a new windshield. They provided me with options since the cost of glass is high right now, which most businesses do not do, and I appreciated their honesty. The employees were helpful from the first time I called for a quote to when I picked up my car after it was done. They are professional and the job was done well. I appreciated their flexibility with my work schedule and since I live 45 mins from Sterling, they were patient and I couldn't thank them enough for helping me out. Abra was professional with all of our encounters and kept me up to date on all of the repairs that were being done. My car stopped running right before I was supposed to take it in for my appointment with them and they got someone to tow it from my house to their shop. This is my second time using them and they were great both times.

I am pretty new to car shops around the area (and car shops overall). When I spoke on the phone, and when I met them in person, everyone at Abra was super nice, helpful and respectful towards me. I had a rock chip in my windshield, filed a claim and worked with Abra for a windshield repair. They did a great job!

I am BEYOND thrilled with my service I received! Not only did they repair my car in record time, but the job they did was breathtaking. The office girls were so curteous & professional. They fully handled my claim, leaving me stress free. They even did a bit of cleaning in my car. Definately returning in the Spring for my other repairs!!!
