We had an issue with our historic slate roof that was causing a leak in our house. Sterling scheduled a visit to our house quickly and was able to complete the necessary repairs in a timely manner.

The irony that their work trucks have a quote about “safety” on them when the driver was driving dangerous on I90 tailgating, speeding and almost side swiping me is insane. I can only imagine their work ethic.

Receptionist was never helpful. Crew boss was not very responsive when called. Took forever to get warranty. Workers were very polite and did a good job but had to cover for boss!! We won't use again.

Apparently they can speed in their work trucks. Guy does like 20 over on rt2 every morning. Regardless of weather. Tailgating the whole way. I've witnessed it too many times.

I called for an estimate..they did show up, but had my name wrong, and I still have not heard back from them on my estimate. That was over a month ago ..evidently not having insurance to bill made them not want to do the job..will definitely hire someone who wants the job.
