We are working hard to cleaning up it's a working progress u all hang in thare it will get better

People are very nice and social. The roads are HORRIBLE! It's too bad the park owner don't spend the money the city gave him to fix the roads instead of keeping it for himself. The renters deserve to have a good road!!

The roads are full of potholes so be careful

Only a1star cause can’t go minus, custodian is not capable of any work that needs to be done! Have been out of water three times in the last three weeks , got shut off at 4pm 12/10/21 due to broken pipes that were put in probably in the 50’s and probably will not be fixed till he gets out of bed at 3or4pm if that? And the roads! Don’t ask! Abandon homes that are in the park are a real eyesore ! We are held to a standard of up keep but the park owners seem to have there own rules!? 😡

The roads are horrible, they have way to many empty trailer that should be moved park owner doesn't seem to care about any of it

Roads desperately need repaired, used to be a very nice place!
