Hertz Car Rental - Daphne - Highway 98 HLE

Best staff ever, If you are in need of a rental and near this location don't hesitate to call this location!!! I'm a truck driver, truck broke down need a rental to go home. My goodness this was the best customer service/support I've received. They are very nice, cars are clean and very knowledgeable on what they do. Thank you thank you thank you!! Love this team,I give then 5 starts all day everyday!@

October 2019: The Foley office is small and nothing to look at. It has a very limited number of cars to choose from. Always booked in advance. I did get a fantastic upgrade to an Infiniti SUV. The staff is very good.

The rental price for the week was lower than Enterprise.

I am in the process of buying a Hertz car. Great price.

Hertz car rental is excellent great service and well appreciated.

This location is great! We got our car at a great price with no problems, everything went smoothly. While we were on our trip we had several issues with corporate, which honestly I didn’t think could be worked out. The manager went above and beyond! We will book again very soon because of this location caring about its customers. I’ve worked in retail and customer service forever and I can’t say enough about how awesome we were treated! Thank you for everything you’ve done!

Nothing but kudos and Bravo Zulus for Scott, the manager who is successfully somehow keeping this branch functioning well despite being the only remaining employee.
Always cheerful, supremely competent and unbelievably good at pulling rabbits out of hats IF your reservation is scheduled well in advance. (My example was needing a mini-van to move a family member to college 1200 miles away and discovering that the minivan category exists but the vehicles do not. Scott was able to substitute an extended SUV, the land equivalent of Jeff Bezos's yacht.)
Just be patient, be nice and be assured the personnel at this location will do all that is possible to get you into a vehicle.
But remember: they don't control their inventory or your credit card balance.

Easily my preference of where I look whenever I need to rent a vehicle. Professional & courteous staff, great vehicles at competitive prices. Even when I slipped up & missed my reservation pickup time by a few hours, they went above & beyond correct for my mistake. Don't hesitate to rent from these folks.

Customer service is unbelievable!! They made a horrible situation better for me and being stuck out of state with broken down car that can't be fixed on a holiday weekend. Tom helped me out in every way and getting us a vehicle today. Don't know what I would have down without Hertz today! So grateful and will recommend this place to anybody!

Experience with Hertz has always been great. I prefer them over Enterprise, with Enterprise you need a major credit card or check stubs. Hertz is my choice for all my rental car needs

I returned my vehicle Frederick Brown greeted us as soon as me and my husband entered great customer service..We had a issue when we left but he immediately called me back and solved the problem I highly recommend this location Frederick was great !!!
