Dr. Allgood did an amazing job and took great care of me, she was informative and always checking to see if I was comfortable. Love the staff, very professional, helpful and calm. I was nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years but felt so much relief after my visit. Anyone looking for a new dentist, this is the place!! (:

I was terrified to see a dentist for the first time in an embarrassingly long time, but Dr. Allgood and her staff were just saintly. I needed an extraction, and it was more painless and easy than any work I've ever had done in my mouth. Highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is nervous; they are very compassionate.

Super friendly small dental clinic. You are definitely not just a number to them. Personalized and professional care. Very nice office. Even got a letter after the first visit with a handwritten note from the dentist.

Just don’t. Horrible experience. Between regular cleanings, I developed a horrible toothache. Swelling and pain. I knew it was abscessed.

She promptly got me in the next day. Said a cavity had developed behind a filling and needed a crown. That would take care of it.

During the procedure she said she couldn’t get all the cavity because it was too close to the nerve. She said it would be fine to put a microbial pack to stop the cavity growth but, I might have to have a root canal in the future.

I wanted to get the root canal before the crown. I was not comfortable leaving a cavity. She assured me it wasn’t necessary.

Against my better judgment I proceeded with the crown. 4 months later, it abscessed, again. She sent me to an endonodist, another horrible experience. The root canal failed because I couldn’t hold my mouth open wide enough and he didn’t put in a mouth wedge.

Only option, pull the tooth. What should have been done to begin with.

At the oral surgeons office she sent the record for the dental extraction. She marked 5 (FIVE!) teeth to pull. All my wisdom teeth and the one with the abscess.

The oral surgeon said that was not necessary. All the other teeth were perfectly fine. But, he did pull the wisdom tooth behind it.

That was a disaster because now I can’t get a bridge.

I went to my dentist that I used for 26 years in my home town. He reviewed all my records. He said that tooth should have never been crowned, should have been extracted, the wisdom tooth was fine, should have been left in place so I could get a bridge.

Now I absolutely have to get an implant (was also told by her AND the oral surgeon it wouldn’t be necessary) because now without those back molars my teeth can shift, I could develop bone loss that will start to compromise my other teeth that I could end up losing!!!

I’m traveling 6 hours to my trusted dentist to fix this mess. Will never trust this dentist again.

And don’t bother her with questions. She doesn’t have time and acts annoyed.

I’m thankful I have a great dentist back home. It will be worth every 346 miles to save my remaining teeth.

A lot of money wasted, a lot of time and pain for all these unnecessary procedures that I have had to endure for 11 months.

Save your teeth. Don’t go here.

I went to Allgood for years for regular cleanings and a few extra visits between etc... The dentist and assistants were nice, but i did not like the lady at the front desk. .. that is not why i am giving this place a low rating though... The reason for the low rating is because i switched dentists and they found all sorts of things that Allgood missed or neglected... NINE CAVITIES..... HOW in the world.. does a dentist not see NINE CAVITIES..... These people were just going to let my teeth fall out!

Went in with a horrible abcess tooth They couldn't pull it due to root being curved which I understood shot me up with numbing agent which worked great and prescribed me 8 7.5 norcos which did absolutely nothing btw. All the references They gave me for oral surgery were booked till next week.Shorty after I left the numbing agent stopped working and I was once again in tremendous pain.(I vomited) from pain.I found a surgeon who would look at me.the appointment was hours later I called them and begged for another numbing shot they refused I then asked them to send over xrays to surgeon to save me a few hundred. They never did.The day after surgery I called and asked if they could help me with a days worth of pain meds because surgeon was aware I was prescribed by them. They refused. If Any of them ever get an accessed tooth I hope they find the same help I did

I drove 35 min for my appt with new patient paperwork already filled out and in hand and they refused to see me because I was 7 minutes late pulling into the parking lot. I’d have been 7 min early if I hadn’t filled out my new patient paperwork and would’ve spent 30 minutes doing so at my appt time. Pretty sure that’s what you call very poor customer service.
