Both Manager Brandi & M.T. Dominique went ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of my rental request

I needed to rent a large SUV while my truck was being repaired and the staff at this location went above and beyond to ensure that I had exactly what I needed.

I also needed to be picked up from the shop repairing my car which was within 1-2 miles away from the rental location.

Although they were short staffed I was willing to wait for them to take care of the other customers before picking me up.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. Brandi and Dominique treated me like they've known me for years even though this was my first time interacting with these ladies.

They were professional, friendly, they proved that customer service was most important to them and because of these ladies I'll continue to rent from Enterprise on Hwy 98...

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Daphne, AL for 12 days while my own car was in the shop for repairs. I cannot say enough good things about the Enterprise Agent in Daphne, AL. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional every step of the way. They gave me a significant free upgrade because the car I had rented was not on site when I showed up. The car I received was clean, spacious, and loaded with options. My agreement was for a daily rate, but they changed it to a weekly rate as soon as soon as it was clear that I needed the car for over one week. They were a pleasure to do business with from every angle.

I always rent from the Daphne location on Hwy 98. Everyone in that office is always pleasant. Their all very polite and friendly. I can't just point out one person. Their all awesome and very appreciated. Thanks ladies for all you do.

Service was great when picking up and dropping off! I also had to extend the rental for a day and they were great with helping me do that!

I had to rent 2 vehicles over a month period at your Daphne, AL location due to repair issues with a local dealership. The agents who took my reservation over the phone were helpful and efficient. However, the true star of my experience was your branch manager, Annabel Parke. She did everything she could to make an infuriating experience with my car dealership better. She was compassionate and empathetic, handling multiple interactions with professionalism and skill. Her team was friendly and engaged and made both check-in and drop-off effortless. Annabel even gave me a credit when I mentioned that my first car smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't expect it, but was so grateful for her commitment to customer satisfaction. I was very impressed with everyone at this location. I hope I don't have to use them again, at least for a car-repair issue, but I would whole-heartedly recommend Enterprise, Annabel Parke and her team in Daphne.

The process of renting was great, quick, friendly, affordable, the girls in the office are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure my rental was exactly what I reserved and it was ready when I got there to pick it up. Had a little trouble with the car soon as I called Brandi, she was right there to resolve every issue and I was on my way. I wish all businesses ran the way Rayne and the others run this place. Definitely a solid 10.

Rayne and the staff that was there the day I came in was wonderful. Walked me through everything and answered all my questions. She was patient to help get me in something I was comfortable with.

Was the absolute best rental car experience I have ever had. Ashley was wonderful and the manager, I think annabelle, called me the next day just to check on me and make sure I was well. Everything went smooth and there was no waiting around. They were very pleasant and it was service with a smile.

As always the Daphne Alabama Enterprise Car Rental did an awesome job. The staff is so friendly, patient and professional. The vehicles are always clean. This is why when I have to travel I use Enterprise.

Renting a car, extending the rental, and working with Enterprise is a seamless pleasant experience. I didn’t realize how well run, the quality of the competent staff and how easy Enterprise makes it to rent a car until dealing with Hertz. Annabelle was extremely helpful and friendly while working with her to extend my rental, A++ experience.

No business is perfect but how a business handles a mistake makes all the difference. I called to reschedule our rental. In our area there are multiple body shops with the same name. I said my wife will need to be picked up at a ------ in Robertsdale. They misunderstood the location. They got her an uber and the uber canceled. They then sent an employee. Best response to a misunderstanding ever.

Excellent customer service! Needed to return my rental early and arrived right after closing. Courtney Latham was still there and helped me process my return to avoid additional fees. It was very much appreciated after driving all the way from Gulf Shores! Thank you Courtney!

The Branch manager, Annabel Parke and her staff were amazing. There was an initial issue, on a federal holiday, that was going to prevent m from picking up the insurance rental. Initially I thought I was going to be without a car at all. However, Annabel, Brooklynn and the team jumped into action locating and reaching out to the appropriate regional folks to straighten determine the cause of the issue and determine the solution. Within just a few minutes I was on my way. Thank you Annabel and staff!
BTW: If Enterprise has a program to show how to provide great customer service, Annabel Parke should teach the course...particular to young employees
