Lacy's Flower Shop

I’ve been ordering from Lacy’s in West Frankfort for years and they never fail to get the most thoughtful and beautiful arrangements for me. The florists there are so incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I love going in to pick up because they even have a beautiful indoor plant wall!!!!! Always the best for Lacy’s Flowers!!!

I absolutely recommend lacys for all of your flower needs. The arrangements she made for my dad's memorial were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. She took a picture I showed her and said she would make them beautiful and she did just that. I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around..

I always am ordering flowers for my wife, my mom, and my mother in law from Lacy's! They always give me the top notch service when it comes to florists in this area. Every arrangement has been extremely intricate and beautifully done. I am beyond impressed and thankful to have this shop in my town. You can clearly see the love that is put into each piece. Great experience! Called long distance to have a plant/flowers put together and sent to our family. They were very helpful with ideas and sent a beautiful arrangement that I found online through the funeral home. They delivered when they said they would. Highly recommend.

Very sweet people! I was running behind and i called ahead and they were nice enough to work past closing time so i could come in and get flowers for my girls. Beautiful flowers! Will definitely be back

I live out of state but I am local to West Frankfort. When I wanted to send flowers to my grandmother instead of going with a corporate company, I wanted to work with a local business and so I chose Laceys. Completely disappointed! I paid $60 for a half dead bouquet of wildflowers. I will never order from here again. I have since been trying to contact the manager and it’s been four weeks that I’ve been unable to reach her. The flowers that were delivered were so wilted and dry they shouldn’t even be giving those flowers away much less charging.

I got dozen red roses delivered yesterday from a sweet friend from out of state ..so loved the thought but these have to be the worst roses I have EVER gotten half dead, greenery even all crunchy dry ..this morning I tried to pull off some of the petals that were just ugly as I will get out one completely was rotted and came completely off.. im glad I wasn't standing there when they dropped them and left immediately before they called me up to get..I probably would have said something
