Always a pleasure to go here. Tanzie Shoots is amazing and always smiling. She is very pleasant and very helpful. I have been assisted by many others, but today was her day. Tanzie was swift with getting me in and out very quickly. Thank you so much for all of your assistance 😊

This office is always very efficient and the employees are very friendly. There is rarely a long wait.

No one is ever happy about going to get their tag renewed or DL either. Today was very special. There was NO line. Everyone was very relaxed, greeted me on approach and very pleasant. Whole encounter took 10 minutes total. Now the cherry on top. I left my wallet on the counter. The nice lady called me immediately and had another very nice lady meet me at the door for hand off. 10,000 KUDOS for great customer service and going above and beyond. Thank you!!

After reading reviews I decided to arrive at 7 am. Was eighth in line. Should have got there at 6:30. There were about 60 or more behind us by 8 am! So just plan ahead to get there early.

This turned out to be an unexpectedly pleasant experience. They really worked through lots of people quickly. Everyone in the offices was fast, efficient and friendly! What a great facility and what fantastic staff. Kudos to the Fairhope location.

I always make the trip to Fairhope instead of using the Foley office. I'm always in and out within 20 minutes at the Fairhope office! The staff at this location are alot nicer than the Foley location as well!

Gotta say, that was the best DMV experience out of any state I've lived in. No hassle at all & I was out in 15 minutes.

Arrived an hour early than Appt and was taken right in. Out in 10 minutes!

Had problem and staff quickly resolved. And we're friendly.
No no one likes going to register their car, but this was less painful.

My 17 amd 18 year old sons got their licenses and it was a wonderful experience. Ms. Martha and Mr. Mark were great!!! Doors opened at 8am and two licenses were obtained by 9am, after two road tests. Thank you Ms. Martha and Mr. Mark for a very pleasant experience.

Fast, friendly and efficient

They are some of the nicest people I've ever met, they don't make you feel rushed or anything like that, I will definitely be going there for all of my DMV needs.

Appointment for new vehicle(RV)and 5 renewals! Marilyn assisted me. Everything went smoothly, on time, courteous, and very efficiently.
