Sales associate, Tyler, was very smooth and careful with his listening. He was extremely helpful and researched information he was not sure of before giving an answer. The purchasing process was very nice.

These guys are eager to help. They offer interest free financing on a lot of things too, which is helpful. Haven't had a bad experience with them yet. You can find it cheaper if you try but if you need it today and want to.finance it, check them out.

My washer went out on me with 3 kiddos at home so I was in a huge hurry to get one ordered and on the way... I ended up buying a washer and dryer set as well as upgrading my dishwasher and replacing my fridge and gas stove in the process. Tonia was a HUGE help and didn't mind helping me even when I came in basically right at close which I truly appreciate!! I had a million questions but didn't feel at all rushed at all, thank you for all your help Tonia! Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Always love shopping at Conn's. Tonia in the Parkdale store is awesome! Our last purchase was a washer/dryer set, and the delivery guys were amazing. Removed the old set, installed and hooked up the new one. 30 minutes in and out! I went today looking for new living room furniture. Tonia helped us again, and we found exactly what we were looking for!

Lauren provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I will always use her any time I go to Conn's Home Plus on Dowlen.

Rose was great and the manager helped get me a lower monthly price on all my appliances. They had everything in stock and delivered the next day, earlier than expected!
With that being said, I had a huge problem with conns in the past with they terrible interest rates and auto payments that suddenly stopped last time I financed through them. We shall see how customer service (corporate) will handle things this time. ❤
