We have absolutely loved every step of the home building process with United Built Homes. They made building this home look easy! Larry was a great deal of help working with us to ensure we chose the right plan for our family and assisting to make sure we were approved for our dream home. We even had some lender questions on our land that didn’t really require UBH to step in on, and Larry still went above and beyond and used his background in banking to assist us with the appropriate verbiage with that lender which helped in getting us closed on our lot so we could take our first step with UBH. Brenda worked way too hard at being my personal designer and completely nailed all the ideas in my head! She was helpful, professional and very informative when it came to our options and allowing us to work out where we could save some money in order for us to be able to splurge on some of our top desires for this home. Chad was our project manager and I can’t even say enough praises for him. He is very responsive and quick to address any concerns or requests we have had throughout the building phase. I think we probably called him way too much, but he always gave us peace of mind and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The Sherman office is truly the Dream Team! They have become a huge part in our lives by helping us choose and build our forever home for our family. We will forever be grateful for their expertise! ♥

We had been exploring all of our options for about a year and finally contacted UBH in Sherman. Andrew Smith was a great help in getting us the quotes, options, upgrades and explaining the process. He was always pleasant to work with and we never felt any kind of pressure.

UBH Sherman helped my wife and I get our dream home built! We had a good experience of course as always there were some hiccups but overall it went very smooth thanks to our construction supervisor Chad Rolen. Chad was very responsive and always kept us informed about progress and timeframes. We would highly recommend UBH Sherman. Of course also thanks to Brenda Amaral and the rest of the crew.

My husband and I decided to use UBH to build our first home so of course we had no idea how a new build process went. We met with Brenda who sat down and went over house plans with us, tweaked one floor plan and added personal touches for what we wanted, and went over all the paperwork with us to turn into the bank. Brenda was available any time of day to answer the little questions I had during the whole process and if she didn’t know an answer, she’d call me back within the same day. Had some issues come up on both ends to where we couldn’t meet in Sherman to sign some paperwork so Korey, Brenda, and Randy met us in our home town after working hours to sign to start building our home! Korey was very helpful on financial end of things and Randy took good care of us during the building phase. Randy was always available by a phone call or txt and very patient with us since we didn’t know much about the building process and made sure everything went as planned. We are so very happy we had UBH build our dream home!

We shopped for over 2 years to find a reputable, transparent, and quality builder. Yes - took 2 years and an ungodly amount of time to finally end up with what we can now attest is the BEST. I cannot begin to explain all the hurdles and misdirection all the other builders used to hope in getting our business. As it turns out all it took was one meeting with Tatiana Green to show us the right way to do build our forever home. From the moment we met her we felt like we had a friend helping us catch out dream. Tatiana and Brenda Amaral went above and beyond our wildest expectations to make this happen and they not only kept us very well informed, they met the timelines and exceeded our hopes in every way imaginable. The professionalism, transparency, friendliness, partnership and appropriateness are the very goals everyone else should “try” to imitate. From the first moment we reached out, Tatiana @UBH was professional, personable, kind, reassuring, helpful, patient with all my questions and the time it to to finally make a decision to proceed with UBH as our home building option. Brenda was super friendly and professional all at the same time. Really looking forward to working with Chad through the building phase. We have had an awesome experience so far! We just signed all the paperwork to begin our build so we have not started construction just yet. While we can not leave a review for the construction side at this time, we can say that Chad and Brenda have been awesome to work with! We will leave another review once our build is completed. So far we are extremely happy with the service they have provided!

United Built walked me through the whole thing and they told me the house would be done within 6 months and they had mine finished right at 4 months. It was an easy experience. The builder was more than helpful if I had any questions are concerns. I would recommend them over and over again.

Today we sign the papers to start our construction of our new home and it's a dream come true. Everyone in the Sherman office has been outstanding especially Brenda. She has guided us through the entire process which I love. From coming out to our land to helping us with our design she has always been there for us. The process has been amazing! Streamlined and efficient with being very personable and unbelievably helpful. They did everything to get us into a home we would love! Tatiana, Brenda and, Charles have answered every question we have had. They have managed to make us feel at ease with every step.

We had a home built for us by UBH.
It got off to a rough start. They changed managers and Brenda Amaral came in as the New Manager. We can't thank her enough for the professional job she did. She understands the building process and bends over backwards to help you and gets the job done right.
Chad Blankenship is the Sales Associate. He does an excellent job on design and planning of your home.
Chad Roman is Construction Superintendent. He has the help and materials on the job when needed and what he tells you is completed as he says.
