Tamara was great. She informed us about all the different options on all the different beds at Mattress Firm. She took her time and explained everything in detail and we never felt any pressure to buy anything. It was an amazing positive experience. Spending money buying mattresses for an entire family after moving is always usually stressful, but I can see why Tamara is so highly valued in her career at Mattress Firm and we were lucky to have stumbled into this location. If you're in need of a matress or a special kind of frame to help your back, save yourself hours of looking around at different places, or buying something online that you have no idea if it's actually what you want and just go see Tamara at Mattress Firm. You won't regret it.

Tamara went above and beyond for us. She provided excellent communication and the best customer service. The store is ran really clean and you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I went to this location a week ago and set up an order for a new mattress to be delivered today. We moved our old bed out to make room for the new one, and we were super excited for our new bed. Due to some poor circumstances the store dropped the ball and our delivery didn't happen. We were never informed until we had to call the store to find out. Overall it was extremely poor service and communication. We thought the salesperson we spoke to was top notch, but it turns out he set us up for failure...

A salesperson by the name of Kolby (hope I spell it right) asked for us to come back to the store to make it right. With little to no positive thought towards believing our situation could be resolved, we decided to give it a shot. Kolby not only kept our business, but his work ethic, determination, and positive communication helped us decide towards an upgrade. Not only that, but we were OK with a later delivery. My wife and I left impressed and with a completely different mindset towards the store and the company.

The previous salesperson almost cost the store a sale and Kolby earned our business all while not being in line for the commission as his name is not even listed as the salesperson. He was content with just making sure we were taken care of, and in our opinion he deserves the commission and then some by showing integrity and superb customer service. I rate 10 stars. Well done!

Michael was so awesome tonight!! He answered all of our questions and helped us pick the right mattress. He wasn't pushy and helped guided us in the right direction. He is the true definition of customer service!

The Sales Manager was very helpful, extremely informative, as well as polite, throughout the entire process. A very pleasant experience with no pressured feelings what so ever. He made the entire process smooth and easy.

I was very impressed with the service I received after something went wrong with my order at Mattress Firm. The response of the manager, Mike, was very generous. He is a real asset to the company. I am delighted with the new base I received and can hardly wait to try it out. I was also pleased with the delivery men. They arrived on time, were careful not to scratch the wood frame, and helped me put on the mattress pad and get the sides underneath so that it won’t bunch up when I raise the head or foot. I recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for bedding.

Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful and did a great job helping us find a new mattress. He also overcame a system wide failure that wouldn't allow us to check out by contacting me later and making payment via my phone very easy.
