Pleasant saleswoman Lynn! She introduced herself and answered our initial inquiries regarding recliners, showed us the way to the large selection of options, and left us undisturbed so we could try out chairs. When we made our choice, she was easily approachable and helped us make our purchase by giving us payment and warranty options with zero pressure. We had a good experience at Zak’s.

We found a great deal on a new sectional! This was one of the best furniture shopping experiences. Lynn was very helpful and informative but not pushy at all. We would definitely go back for any other furniture needs :)

We have to give a huge shout-out to the delivery guys Brett C and Ben C. They were very professional, and friendly but serious about making sure our delivery and items were perfect. We could not have been more pleased with Brett and Ben, they took care of our furniture and needs. Good job guys.

There was some confusion on my part when I ordered my parents a new sectional. The delivery was perfect as well as set up. The issue was one of the armless sections pictured wasn’t included on the invoice. Luckily I called Zaks and the nicest lady named Jennifer was able to get the extra section for us on the same day with only a $71 difference. Thank you Jennifer 🙏🏻

Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable of the mattress selections in the store. Was not pushy, but assisted us in trying out the selection he had. the store was very clean and orderly and other personnel we came into contact with were very courteous and helpful.

We purchased furniture last June at Zak’s with the help of Jason. It was a great experience and when we needed more furniture for our recently finished lower level, we went straight back to Zak’s and asked for Jason. We will not go anywhere else other than Zak’s. Their selection, quality, and customer service are the best in the area.

We’ve had two wonderful experiences with Zak’s. First they ordered a new base for a table that was broken by our movers during our move from Louisiana. Helped us out greatly!!
Then we order a sideboard buffet to match our table. Delivered today. It’s gorgeous !!
Everything with Zaks has been super customer friendly and we will continue to be a customer and recommend them highly!!!

I moved from the Abingdon VA to White Pine TN seventeen years ago and had previously bought my furniture at Zak’s. Since moving I was shopping and buying in Knoxville. Just bought a new home and thought I would make the trip to Johnson City last Sunday. I’m so glad that I did. We were greeted by Dianne and she did a great job identifying our needs. Zak’s has a greater inventory and better pricing than anyone in Knoxville. Everyone we interacted with were done a great job. I would recommend you shop at Zak’s for better selection and bang for the buck!

I have been very pleased with Zak’s Home Design Services. There was an immediate comfortable rapport with Cheryl. She listened and seemed to understand my wants and needs even when I was unsure myself. The fabrics choses that she made were excellent. Although I have not seen the final product yet, I’m sure that I will be very pleased.

Zak's has a great selection of furniture. We were shopping for a recliner. The one we found was so comfortable we got two. Lynn helped us out. Very helpful she explained the warranty thoroughly, which we got because the chair we got has alot of moving parts. We will be enjoying our chairs for years to come. We will definitely shop there again.

Cheryl is the most responsive and understanding representative we have ever encountered in this industry. She pulled in colleagues Lori and Timmy to help us overcome a furniture need as a result of a medical situation. Her help and support are ones we will never forget. Thanks for asking!

I found that Zak's never disappoints. I purchased a mattress from Zak's 4 years ago. I came back to Zak's to purchase the motorized part of my mattress that was perfect for my mattress and a needed necessity. I also purchased a lift chair that I so desperately needed. Jason was an excellent salesman and very hospitable and friendly. He never pressured me to purchase anything but showed us how everything worked and would walk away to allow me to make my decision. I can't say enough good things about Zak's and especially Jason. But, he needs a raise!

Cheryl has helped us with a couple of purchases we have made from Zaks. She is truly amazing. She’s so patient and incredibly knowledgeable. We have had amazing experiences with Zaks and are so thankful for a local place to shop and furnish our home with well made furniture and accessories.
