Dr. Watts was great from the moment I called and spoke with Keke. Keke is super friendly and helpful. She was able to assign an electrician, Maverick the same day.
Maverick was great. Very friendly by introducing his self, respectful of property by wearing booties, checking the breaker boxes, seeing the area I needed a new electrical outlet and give sound advice on possible areas of concern. I would have had the outlet completed today but decided to add a few other items. So the work will be completed the next day.
My work was completed today by Daniel and his apprentice. Both are friendly and professional, respected my property and explained the work and the functioning. I’m extremely happy. I also spoke with Robin a few times today. She is very friendly and helpful.

We called the night before looking for an electrician and the first four I called couldn't do it, but Dr. Watts could - and the dispatcher was super accommodating. The tech showed up the next day very friendly and helpful to get the work done. The work was done fantastically. The price seemed a bit high, but you always get what you pay for with this type of work. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Daniel was absolutely great. Before he entered he put on shoe covers on his shoes. Then he told us his name and he was with. Super nice person. Told us everything he was doing step by step. Very professional, polite and clean. Would absolutely call them again.

Allen was on time , professional, and very friendly. Nobody wants to spend money on repairs, but there is not a better company that I would rather have had do my repairs. He explained everything as he went. As far as initial contact, Robin makes your day and puts a smile on your face by just talking to her. She is very sweet, knowledgeable and just pleasant to speak to. My go to for electrical needs.

I loved how hard working they were and they awere also very polite and cared about my concerns for my house and were overall the best people to come and fix my plugs, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. I will definitely be recommending dr.watts to my friends and family

Mr. Green was very professional and friendly. His coworker was also (sorry I can't remember his name). I was informed of every step and they took time to explain all my questions. Exceptionally fantastic company! I've had several experiences with Dr. Watts and all have been great! They really pride themselves on making sure they take care of their customers. Jerl, Danny, Kevin, Robin, Kiki- every person I've interacted with in this company is so professional and their techs are clearly experts. A rather unexpected expense needed. All of your teams members involved were just outstanding. Both on location and in the office. Kevin and James did an outstanding job. They explained the whole process from beginning to end. The apprentice Kevin appeared very processional at his job. Again, could not have asked for a better crew. Keep up the good work. The last contractors did a horrible job. So many fire hazards so when my wife and I bought the house we had immediately issues. Called Dr Watts and I was skeptical but their tech Allen was great. Gave me a solid quote, and they even set up to come work the next week. They finished everything in a day and they not only replaced outlets but repairs my systems and made my home safer. If you're looking for a great company this is it. I will be using these guys permanently

Allen and his assistant were professional at all times, from entering my house, during their work, thru to inspection/clean up, and departure.

Allen explained what was needed, in detail, prior to beginning with my approval. The work was completed to our satisfaction. I recommend Dr. Watts to anyone needing electrical work done right to a high professional standard.

Maverick was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He not only took care of our problem, but was able to give me a very good estimate and suggestions on a project I had planned. And to top all of that, he took the time to engage my invalid husband in conversation, which I greatly appreciate.

Allen does an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with him as my technician. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done the right way. He even took the time to fix my doorbell and helped me remove a cabinet. That’s just good customer service. We had some snags today so they will have to come back out tomorrow and finish up. I look forward to having Allen come back for our other projects. His knowledge and professionalism goes a long way but his customer service outshines and won my business.

I've used this company in the past and I actually had lost my information on them and I looked and found the truck one day they had the phone number on it this company does amazing work they're very thorough they're cost-effective they will work with you and that's what I like to move they don't put pressure on you that you need to do certain things they give you your options definitely someone you would need to get to know if you have some electronic services that are required.
