Nichole really worked with me to reduce my insurance costs. Major reduction in cost and a wonderful person to work with. Even though they are 50 miles away I would recommend at least having her quote your policies. Rental properties were a major difference from my other insurance company. My homeowners and car insurance were a little higher but I bet in the next cycle when they come do I will be having them transferred to State Farm

This place of business was amazing! Nichole was very helpful in making sure I got all of the coverage I needed for auto, life, and renter's at affordable rates. She was also very patient with me and helped me understand more on some of the things I was unsure of. The overall visit was very pleasant and
very professional. I'd recommend her office to anyone who is in need of new insurance.

The girls in the office were very pleasant to work with!
They gave me a quote and allowed me a few days to think about it and then provided me the best rate they could provide with any discounts available for me!
The process of actually getting insured by them was a breeze and took less than 15 minutes and I walked out with my binder and insurance card for my vehicle!
All in all, a great office to insure your vehicle or any other insurance needs!

We have been very happy with Nichole and State Farm. Great service. Very fast response. Alexandra is amazing. She is a great employee. You need anything she is on it. I am amazed every time I call she knows exactly what I need and if she has to look into it she calls me right back. Nothing is a challenge for her. I called for a quote and immediately signed up. I thought I had one of the cheapest auto & renter’s service but their quote was cheaper. So I now get excellent customer service as well as budget friendly rates. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks!

Taylor was so easy to work with. We gave her all the information needed and she was able to cut our payment in half from our old insurance and add more coverage. I have recommended Taylor to several people to receive the same customer service we received. I know she will treat them right.

I would like to share about my experience today.
I had called several insurance companies throughout the week none of them return my phone calls. Then I called State Farm in Temple (Nicole Guarjardo) Office. A young lady by the name of Alexandria picked up, she was pleasant and wonderful to deal with she had me an insurance policy within 10 minutes, I was absolutely impressed with her hospitality & kindness. Could not recommend them more!!!!!

Nichole was/is an amazing agent! I shopped around a little and she was able to give me a way better rate. I’m saving over $300 on my 6m premium and couldn’t feel any better. Money is money. Thank you so much for sitting down with me and taking the time to explain some things, and also to make sure I was given the right rates!

Nichole’s office took me on as an intern and welcomed me in as a soon to be college graduate! They were able to help me gather quite a bit of knowledge and experience with working in a business environment. I enjoyed getting to know and work with everyone on her team! Her customers are very blessed to have this team for all their insurance needs!

Nichole was very cordial and extremely knowledgeable, and she explained the information in a way that was detailed and thorough but also easy to understand and very helpful to us. I also spoke to both, Alexandra and Lisa, on the phone, and they were both very helpful and respectful. Overall, we're pleased with the experience and look forward to continuing with State Farm and working with Nichole and her staff.

When I walked in I was welcome by Miss Alexandria she was very nice. She took me into her office and helped me right away I didn’t have to wait. She was very caring and very helpful she worked with me till I was happy with the Home owners insurance that fit my budget and great coverage My now agent Nicole Guajardo. I came in needing car insurance, homeowners insurance, and rental property insurance. Johnny was the one that helped me. He was knowledgeable, professional, took time to explain all of my options. That was in March. He has been accessible and willing to answer any questions I have. I would give Johnny, since no one's perfect, a 4.99 out of 5 stars, and I would recommend this State Farm agency to anyone who is looking for insurance.

This is literally one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Super friendly staff, they go above and beyond to address and take care of the issue. Only time I’ve been to an insurance company, where they didn’t try to over sell me coverage. They asked what I needed and then found the right plan for me. Nichole actually came to the scene of a wreck I recently had. I thought that was just something State Farm used for marketing but never actually did! Super impressed!
