😁I was having trouble trying to pick out the right size and the employees were very welcoming and gave me really good advise. One of them recommended I buy a size 9 on crocs instead of 8 and they fit perfectly. So happy with my perchise. Definitely recommended.

Great customer service and great prices! Love that they now have a digital wheel spin via text to save some extra money. It's my favorite shoe store in town because they have such a large assortment of shoes for the whole family.

My kids and I typically always have a good experience here. We always start with their typically large collection of clearance and reduced rack shoes and found 2 pairs for my teen daughter today at buy 1 get 1 1/2 off, plus the manager marked down $5 off of each pair since they had been sitting on the rack almost a month. Really pleasant staff. Nice place to shop.

I always find what I'm looking for at Shoe Carnival and leave with more than I needed... one thing I will say about the staff, there was only one person on the floor and couldn't have been any older than 18 or 19 with a huge attitude if I seriously didn't need the dress shoes I came in for I would have set everything on the counter and left.

We came here for tax free weekend and it was great. They had some sales going on and it wasn't that packed either, like most other locations and stores. My son is 3 and we come here to get all his shoes and the customer service at this location is great overall. If your looking for a bargain and are in the Temple area, I'd suggest this location. Not too far from the highway and close to alot of other things nearby.

Always go when they have the buy one get the other for fifty percent off. Although that being said the amount of time some shoes that are on clearance are on there FOREVER. Oh and one more gripe. Please have larger sizes in mens on the good shoes too! Not bobo's

Great service! Got $10 off on a pair of shoes that looked returned. Shoes looked new uptop and gently worn on bottom. The salesman was great and gave the discount with no problem whatsoever. This is a great place to get shoes.... BOGO!
