Hampton Inn Cookeville

My parents and I booked here last-minute after having unexpected car troubles mid-road trip. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to make the most of it while waiting on my car repairs at the auto shop <10 minutes away. It was a convenient location for us, especially once we were able to get back on I-40. Really good breakfast too!

This has been our second time at this location. Rooms were very clean and it had a small frig. Relatively quiet even with interstate close by. Lots of places to eat.. Breakfast had a lot of variety.. Anne was super sweet and very helpful. She give our grandbaby colors sheets and crayons to entertain her. Will be staying again.

Wow it was really busy. The service was great. The morning meal was special 😋 her service and pleasent greeting made us feel like home. We will come back on our next trip West...lol I even had a extra cookie on the way to bed. Lol

Hampton Inn, you did not disappoint! Let me start with the positives. I've traveled across the US and Europe, this was, by far, the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I'm not sure if it was the mini waffles, fresh hot foods or Miss Cindy, and her staff that made it the best; probably a combination of all the above. Hannah, Missy & Ricky at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just superb to deal with.
The facility is clean, well staffed, and well stocked. I asked for my room to be cleaned and restocked 2 days in, and Tabitha managed to make it up without disturbing my belongings.
I removed 1 star from the rooms because the sofa bed and carpet in my room were a little dated, but I loved my stay overall and still leave a 5-Star review for this Hampton Inn.

Very clean, staff was very nice and the beds were comfy 😁. That's all you need. Breakfast bar could use a few more options, but it was clean and the staff was very nice.

Every time we have visited Cookeville we have stayed here. Great location, clean rooms, quiet hallways and very polite front desk staff. Oh and LOVE the mom pies!

We stayed one night at this Cookeville location. I had a good feeling about this place when I spoke with a lady on the phone about a week prior to our stay. She was very kind and helpful. When we got to hotel, the gentleman behind the desk was also kind and helpful. There was only a smell of clean when we walked in the hotel. The room/bathroom were clean. Breakfast and coffee were good. I don’t eat a ton, but for those who do, there were plenty of choices. The location of the hotel was great. We did not need them, but it was located near to anything anyone could possibly want or need. Checkout was easy. Would definitely recommend this particular Hampton Inn.

We had 2 dogs with us, and they could not have been nicer. They have a dog area with bags for picking up. The location is great close. Close to all kinds of food.

Beautiful hotel. Love the design. Staff were very nice. Did notice when we were leaving, we were checking to make sure we didn't leave anything and notice the area behind the mattress was very dirty. The elevator floors were sticky, which could just be from cleaning I guess. Otherwise all was good. Breakfast was yummy. Bed was comfortable.

Chose this hotel on the internet while sitting in Buc-ee's Crossville lot. Wow, this was a great choice. Convenient from the interstate, plenty of restaurants close by and signage was good. The service was excellent. Room was immaculate. Breakfast was really, really good. Highly recommend

This hotel we stayed in only a night but it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice room and very accommodating staff. The breakfast was very nice and the extremely nice lady, Janice spoke to everyone and then came by to make sure everything was okay. She’s the type of person that keeps us staying only at Hampton’s.

It meets the Hilton Hampton standards. The room was as expected. The pillows were a little soft, though. The breakfast was respectable. The coffee was always on. It is very convenient to the interstate but not overly noisy.

Update: they have cinnamon roll batter for the waffles; the taste is excellent, and they perfume the whole first floor.

Very nice hotel, 5 stars! Theresa was awesome checking us into our room, she was very professional and courteous. The room, King with a sleeper sofa, was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Amazing continental breakfast. Something for everyone. Definitely recommend! Pet friendly.

Super comfy beds! Really nice staff. Great breakfast! I went to this hotel again because the lady time I went up to Cookeville I had such a nice relaxing night there even though my situation for traveling was stressful.
I totally recommend this very nice hotel. You won't regret it.

A real joy to stay here! We found every staff member to be caring, accomplished, and friendly. The front desk quartet of Ricky (manager), Theresa, Charmaine, and Ron, helped smooth our long stay: they helped us move rooms and extend our stay several times.
My sister and I had easy access to the Medical Center, plus a discount since we had an inpatient family member. The pool refreshed us: perfect temperature, no sense of harsh chemicals, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Delicious and varied daily hot breakfast helped a lot, even for me, (I have dietary restrictions.) The business center, easy access to town, nearby shopping and restaurants add up to a wonderful stay.

This is a great place to stop. All Hamptons are good but this one is special. The lady doing the breakfast brought me a large glass of coffee when I teased her. I love people who go above and beyond and can take a joke. I will return to this place if I am in the area, I won’t use a different hotel/motel. This is my place.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Cookeville during a multi day moving road trip. The hotel was very well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We needed to extend our check out time as we had arrived quite late the night before and needed sleep. The staff was extremely accommodating to us in regards to check out time and everyone we interacted with during our stay was extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking was too tight for our Uhaul truck, but the hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants around so we were able to find a place to park it just across the street. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and tasty. If the opportunity presented itself, we would definitely stay here again in the future.
