I got the pleasure to work with Terry Ann. I was one of those customers that called less than an hour before closing. Normally in that situation people are rushing and annoyed. But NOT TERRY ANN!! It was quite the opposite. She was kind and helpful. You could literally hear her smile through the phone. Customer service was stellar. She was very knowledgeable. And when any issue arose she was as cool as a cucumber and said "No problem, I will figure this out" Some of the best customer service ever. Thank you so much for all your help. We have used this office since we moved here, a little over three years ago. We could not be more satisfied with the professional and friendly services provided, by everyone in the office. We get our auto, home and other insurance through them. They are good communicators, reliable, and reasonable on rates, and so very pleasant to work with. In general we have found State Farm to be a reliable company, as we had them for our insurance in another state years before we moved to Texas. We are very grateful to have found trustworthy agents here as well.

I had the best experience with Grace! I talked to her about life insurance for my daughter who was only 6 months old at the time and she took the time to go over every single option with me and patiently waited while I called my insurance agent who I work with(I work at a credit union who owns an agency) to compare rates. Had the pleasure of working with Grace! She was polite and informative even when I had no idea what I wanted. She offered me bundles and quoted me on 2 cars and my home insurance. However, we are about to sell our home And ended up selling one of the cars a week after she quoted us! She was patient while I explained our life changes going on and helped us get a better rate then what we had at progressive. Great service!

This State Farm agency has been great. I have used them for the last 5 years. Any time I had a question or concern, Chelsea Cox, was there to answer the question very promptly. My rate continued to improve every year and was thankful for that. The Drive Safe app is also highly recommended. I was saving nearly $100 every 6 months by the time I left. I also got rear ended by someone this year and they helped me through the process and fought on my behalf to make sure I paid nothing. My car was repaired within a couple weeks. Highly recommend their agency.

I've been with this particular State Farm team for about a year now and cannot say enough about how appreciative I am of their team, especially Chelsea (office manager). She's incredibly proactive and quick to respond, and always very clear in her communication. I've never had an issue tracking someone down or getting a response like I have with other agents. They seem to genuinely care about their clients and are always super friendly.
