Stored items there for a year. Climate control was great. All items were just as they were when I stored. Clean units and friendly staff.

Rachel is both knowledgeable and very kind! I'd initially selected the wrong sized storage unit online so I called the local office immediately. Rachel took the call, corrected the unit size, answered all of my questions and had a wonderful attitude!!! I was able to sign everything electronically and I am very impressed with their climate controlled units.

A clean and safety conscious facility. The experience from the start was easy, communication was steady and all our inquiries and concerns were answered promptly and in as much detail as we needed. Kasandra worked very well with us, scoping out the best and most convenient options at the time so our two storage units could be close to each other.

Angela and Cameron welcomed me with open arms and a smile on their faces! Out of this world customer service and a top notch facility. Business is a people’s game and from the moment I walked in the door it was like I was speaking to friends I have known for years. Process of securing the unit was a breeze. I only wish there were more units to choose from, but that's out of the facility's control. Overall, an excellent experience.

Have been at this Storage unit since 2005...I have always have had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and Great customer relations with all of the management Teams...The Manager over the building now has great personality, very approachable ,and has Great customer service skills....Move it Self Storage has been great for me ,my business, and my Family!

Great place for storage in the Temple/Belton area. The property is well lit with security cameras every where. It's always clean and the management team is super helpful!
