The staff here delivers with great service. The food is fantastic and you get bigger than normal portions. We will keep coming back. We love it here.

I'm always searching for the perfect spot of the day and Mexicano Grill really exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh and warm and the staff was all welcoming. I didn't dine in but surely made me feel like its a place that I can always come and revisit. The food literally left me STUFFED. Great portions.

For a culinary experience that will fire up your taste buds. There’s no other place to find Mexican food this good! The Pozole is top notch. A must visit if in the area…. Great staff

This place was absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic. The service was even better. We pulled in blind and were not disappointed at all. The staff was incredibly accommodating and willing to modify orders as needed. My Wife and I have declared this a new go to for day dates and date nights alike. Also, very family friendly. My Wife was hugging staff members by the time we left. Enjoy...you're welcome.

Great food as always. Been coming here for over 10yrs. Food has great flavor, full large portions given and service is pretty quick. Have had a few issues with my order being wrong when ordering drive thru but overall a great place to come for good food.

We had a family member at the ICU at Baylor Scott and White in Temple, we asked one of the nurses if they had any recommendations for dinner. They all said the Mexican Grille #2. This was truly one of the best Mexican restaurants I have had the pleasure of dinning. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, the music all of it was fantastic! I had the Chimichanga and a Corona Margarita. Delicious!

The Green sauce they bring out for the tortilla chips when you first get there is seriously the BEST sauce to dip the chips in. My husband said, “If I could DRINK this, I would!” The GROUND BEEF enchiladas are AMAZING!!!

Breakfast here was really good. Definitely recommend stopping here if you want a good plate of Mexican food for breakfast. I ordered Huevos Ranchero substitute Papas Ranchera this plate had lots of flavor. Server did an outstanding job as well young guy Garcia.

We were quickly greeted by a smiling young lady who escorted us to a booth and provided us with menus. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated..

Shortly thereafter we met Maria, who was to be our waitress. She was friendly, patient, and accommodating as we asked a couple of questions about menu items. Hubby ordered queso to enjoy while we waited for our meals, which he said was quite tasty. I had the El Chapo plate, while he ordered the TexMex plate. We were brought large plates of the most appetizing, delicious meals. I loved the tacos and rice, while hubby was well pleased with his enchiladas and flour taco.

As to service, I can't say enough about how friendly, sweet, and efficient Maria was. She was one of the best waitresses we've ever had anywhere! Thanks, Maria, for such a pleasant dining experience! We will definitely be back! 🙂

They good was great and then drink taste it divine

My favorite place so far. Yummy food. Tasty drinks with Tajin on the rim. Elote in a cup was amazing. Highly recommend.

We have the breakfast taco special (3 tacos). The sausage and potato is so good! And they have great salsas.

We had the best bar tender! First person to make my drink to perfection and had a smile the whole time, conversating with us and making it a good time!

Mexican grill #2 is the best mexican food and vibes in Temple texas. From the management to the staff, you can't ask for anything better. But the food is the best.

The food is excellent, especially the heated salsa and Chile Verde, and the prices are reasonable for the portions.

The Food & Service were excellent! Passing through coming from Dallas back to Austin and we decide to stop here to grab a bite to eat glad we did you get a lot of food for your money & cheap! We are from Austin and its definitely worth the trip back!

Large menu with a lot of choices. Food was awesome! Reasonably priced, so a great value.
