Big Red Barn Self Storage | Temple

It was clean and has 24 hour access. Hard to beat. I don't have a storage locker there, I was just helping a buddy move a couch so I can't tell u the cost or how the place is run. I can tell u that it's convenient to use and there's plenty of units to b had at this location.

The online lease process was super easy and the staff was very friendly when I came into their office to finish up the process.

Been here for years love the place love the personnel I have no complaints and I am very satisfied

I have stored items for 3+ years and no problems and site is always spotless. Any problem that arises is immediately addressed. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great experience. We had zero issues with our unit and had great customer service. We moved out and received a call the next day making sure it was us. Love how diligent they were to make sure all was okay. Thanks again for the great experience!

Fast service, a lot of paperwork to get a unit but it was a great experience overall. Had a Unit for about three months, staff was friendly. Office was immaculate. Online payments available (very convenient). No problems at all moving my stuff in and out of storage.

Super convenient located storage unit, fair/decent price and wonderful customer service! Had to get a storage unit last minute, very easy application online to rent a unit and the lady who called and verified everything with me was really nice and helpful especially this being my first time renting one. THEN my work schedule had conflicted with my moving time so I told them I had to push back when I was coming to start moving things in by a day and they said it was no problem, explained how I can get in at anytime of day and done! Finally, got an email saying they pushed my official move-in date to the first of March since that’s when I was technically moving in after I paid, and they let me qualify for the March’s move-in special that waived April’s rent so that month was FREE! So nice of them to help me during this demanding time right now and to be so considerate and helpful. 11/10 reccomend! Exceptional first storage unit experience! 👍🏽

Seriously the greatest storage unit I’ve ever had. Nice and cool inside, great security and good deals to help with the cost of rent! I wish they had 24 hour access, but it’s not too big of a deal.
