The staff here is EXCELLENT. Super friendly and ready to help. Checkin was seamless. Getting to the campground was no problem. Yes a bit hilly but manageable. Kids LOVED the pool, basketball court and other activities so a must for kids.

Campground was conveniently located but not right on the highway so very quiet. Follow directions on website, my Garmin was off by about a mile. People are very friendly and helpful. Campground was very clean. Bathrooms in the back were "all-in-one" shower, toilet, and sink. Also very clean. Would definitely return. Stayed in an RV in May. Campground is in a hill but my site was level. Big playground and jump pad. Pool wasn't open, but they were getting it ready.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn’t stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it’s a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, 3 month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!

When I called for a reservation the lady that answered the phone was the nicest person to talk to. She was so helpful and sent me a picture of the park map on my phone. Our site was beautiful and so clean! Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice quiet place, perfect for our 1 night stay while traveling to Florida.(easy access from 81)
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms very clean and warm, water nice and hot...
A couple small hills to maneuver but our truck and 5th wheel conquered like a champ..
We would defiantly stop again for sure.

I always say - you can’t go wrong with a KOA! We came in off the highway at 8:30pm after hours and as always with KOA Kampgrounds - the available sites are posted and late arrivals are welcome. AND pets are always welcome - we have 5 dogs. AND there is always a nice fenced in doggie play area. AND this particular KOA is open all year ‘round and the staff is super friendly! Thanks again, KOA!

The female (I am sorry, I didn't get her name) that checked us in was AWESOME. She did her job....and went above and beyond to help check us in (I thought I made a reservation on line....) The place is very clean....and gorgeous.

We stayed here in September while moving from one state to Tennessee. The first site did not work for an RV and trailer so they were helpful in moving us. The individual who showed us to our site was so helpful in getting our RV level. The young lady at the desk was also very helpful.
Our experience with the people who work there was top notch. Thank you

Clean bathrooms. Nice people. OPEN YEAR ROUND.l with electric and water at each site. Bathrooms warm! Nice people. Little pricey to me foe the night but it's winter time and too cold to not have power!

A great campground. Well stocked camp store with rv supplies. We ordered ribs and wings from the store which were excellent!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Such nice people!!! Some sites were a little hilly. Many deer in the area to observe.

We are amazed by this campground. We have been here for a little over a week and the events, hospitality and level of quality of this KOA make it incomparable to others we’ve stayed at. We are extended stay guests and would highly recommend booking a reservation. The owners are welcoming, friendly and have gone above and beyond what we’ve expected. Also, the beauty of this part of Tennessee is definitely worth seeing for yourself. We are beyond happy that our children have a great playground, access to one of the states best schools and unlimited outdoor activities! Also, our neighbors are two cute and friendly donkeys 😊

I will preface this review by sharing that the park is built on the side of a hill so leveling your rig may take a bit longer than "normal" in some sites. However I am not going to deduct any stars from my review based on that fact. The area is in the foothills of the mountains so sometimes expect this.

My wife and I arrived March 18th for her to work as a travel nurse at a home health company in Kingsport. Upon arrival Lisa checked us in in at the office and was very courteous and helpful. Her husband Jim escorted us to our site and went out of his way to help us get backed in to our site. A bit later he also helped us level our travel trailer. We have been here almost 2 weeks now and they are excellent hosts. The park is a work in progress but you can tell they have put in a lot of time and effort making improvements. The road in to the park is paved asphalt to just past the office. The roads from there throughout the park and the rv sites are gravel. The park is kept very clean of trash and debris. They offer trash pickup daily in the mornings at your site and fill propane tanks at the park. Restrooms/bathhouse is clean. For the kids they have what looks to be a newly renovated playground and an inflatable jump pad. There is also a pool but it is currently closed for the season. The area is far enough away from I-81 there is no traffic noise. They have a camp store offering many items. Also have a rather extensive menu of food items they will prepare and deliver to your site. Their wifi seems to have a good strong signal. As far as cell service we have AT&T and have 5 bars of 5g signal on our phones and hotspot.

We will be here for 13 weeks and possibly longer if my wife's contract gets extended. Should be a nice stay at this KOA.

Super nice campground! I moved from a local state park to this KOA. I found their prices were very much in line with other campgrounds in this area. The state park sites wear tight, paved but un level no sewer and charged to dump. This KOA had relatively level gravel sites. All the campgrounds in the area have tight sites, hills and are pricey compared to other parts of the country, but the view and the service was amazing. Rhonda and her sister Christine were so helpful and friendly. A very nice camp store, cafe and bath house. Henry (I call him cowboy) will do anything to help a camper. If you need propane, just set your bottle out, he will fill and return it and put it on your bill. When you get home, there is a full bottle waiting. I wish I could give them 6 stars compared with some of the other campgrounds in the area. I look forward to staying with the beautifully people again.

We love this place. The camp is run by Jim and Lisa. These two are an asset to this place. So friendly and helpful. The camp was spaced out nicely. The camping spots were great. Very clean park. Oh and we loved the donkeys! Until next time! Jim your the best!

We called for a spot for our 25’ class C RV with hook-up; we were only a couple of hours out. Christine answered the phone and was very pleasant. They had a spot for us. We were able to use the pool briefly when we arrived. The pool is small but clean and refreshing. The spots are on gravel with grass and a picnic table. Bathrooms are clean and accessible. Staff friendly and competent. Hope we can stay here again. Lots to do, if you choose: corn hole, horseshoes, etc.

Beautiful area, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. It's a bit of a tough drive to get there from the freeway for bigger units, but we got in just fine. It's located in a small valley away from the freeway, so the quiet is welcomed. We only stayed overnight, but I would love to get back the area and stay!
