I had a great experience in this regionally owned furniture store! The selection in the store is incredible. Luckily I don’t have trouble making decisions and I knew in general what I was looking for. They had a good sale the day I was in there and I had excellent and professional assistance from David, in Temple. David was patient and extremely helpful in locating a table that I wanted and he worked really hard to put the entire order together for me.
It was nice to not feel pressured by a sales person but at the same time I was able to get everything answered that I was questioning and then some! If you go by ask for David and you’ll be in good hands. I decided to order Some sofas with a material that I liked and it was worth waiting the six weeks to get them in. They are stunning! I also found a really beautiful chair that is a statement piece all on its own. I am extremely happy with the delivery and the quality. David was also great about staying in touch and keeping me informed throughout the waiting process. That was very proactive of him. Once the furniture arrived, I was having my floors redone, and he assured me they would hang onto the pieces and deliver them.. Fantastic service from a company here in town! This is why I love to shop local! Thank you to everyone at Dubois furniture!

To me was very high quality furniture store. Sales people were very friendly to let me go through the store and see all the fine furniture. $$ value, much higher than my pocketbook 😄. I still give this furniture store a high rating due to quality and the friendliness of staff.

This is my second furniture purchase and I am very satisfied with my purchases. The prices are a steep, but you get what you pay for! From the salesman to the delivery person, everyone was courteous and professional. I made the mistake of purchasing a living room set from another Temple furniture store that has a lot of ads on TV and it was a “nightmare”!!! I received damaged and dirty furniture 4 times. It took 5 deliveries and 4 months to get good furniture. The manager and salesman provided poor customer service, so this made the issue worse. I will continue to purchase my furniture from DuBois because they have good furniture and good customer service. They also have great deals on quality clearance furniture.

Took my mom here for a new chair. The salesman took good care of us. They have nice, high quality, Best brand, furniture. We even did some shipping around at 5 other stores before deciding to buy here. So glad we made the choice at DuBois, not only was it the best deal but great customer service and fast delivery.

A large selection of quality furniture and a friendly staff that doesn’t pressure you.

After looking at the other stores in town we came right back realizing this was the best store in town by far. The store is bright, clean and well laid out with a large selection and a lot of great items. There are a lot of good sales and good prices making it an all around easy decision to buy.

The sales staff, Scott specifically but everyone I interacted with, were friendly and not putting pressure on us at any point. Scott gave us space to look and decide but was prompt to respond and answer any questions we had. Very knowledgeable and able with his stock.

The prices, quality and delivery fees were better than anywhere else we looked.

I highly recommend looking here for furniture over anywhere else in town, especially if you like to shop local and USA made. Looking forward to coming back when we need furniture again

We bought some recliners which didn’t fit our needs so they were great in making the exchange we finally found our great recliners which are so comfortable and we love them and they meet our needs very well. My experience at the Temple store was excellent. Starting with my salesman David who was helpful in guiding me right to the recliner section. After testing several chairs I finally found 2 that met my needs.
Then the delivery guys followed up by being on time. After placing the chairs in the rooms I chose they loaded up my old chairs and took them away.

I was searching for an item which had been difficult to find. David was wonderful in helping me decide on a piece which was promptly delivered and fits perfectly with the other decor in my home.

David was great to work with and was very helpful and knowledge. It was a pleasant shopping experience!

Got great prices on the items I purchased. There was a little snag along the way that Scott corrected quickly.
