Great customer service. So many brands and styles to choose from. The ladies are very helpful. They made sure I was aware of their BOGO deals which was awesome. One of the ladies also help me shop showing me all the popular brands. I will be going back.

Staff present today were extremely helpful, professional, polite, and respectful. I called prior to visiting the store and Ms. Tammie answered all of my questions and greeted me with a warm welcome and smile when I arrived at the store. She informed me of all of the specials/sales and was willing to help me find scrubs. She explained to me how the sizing works on the rack so that it would be easy for me to find my size as well as made sure that I had a dressing room available to try on my selection of scrubs.

Mr. Dempsey also welcomed/greeted me in the store, updated me on the specials, asked if I was familiar with the easy pay option, checked on me as I browsed the store, returned scrubs that I couldn't fit to the proper location, and was my cashier at checkout.

When Swift opened in TempleTX, I had a bad experience with a Swift Employee(bad attitude and not customer friendly), and I never shopped there again. Today was the first time that I entered a Swift Facility after the incident, and my experience today was much better. Ms. Tammie and Mr. Dempsey won me over with their kindness. I hope all of Swift Employees have the same standards/customer service skills. I will definitely shop here again. Employees really make a difference.

I had a great shopping experience at Swift in Temple, Tx. Holly helped me every step of the way and was incredibly knowledgeable about the different styles and options of scrubs offered there. She saved me money and got me more than I expected! I will definitely be a repeat customer after such a great experience all thanks to Holly! Go there and ask for her!

Had a great experience here! The staff was very attentive and informative. It was my first time in so Houston explained the layout of the store, as well as their interest free payment plan options which I really appreciated. I felt really comfortable shopping here and will definitely be back. The pricing was also reasonable.

Came in to purchase some new scrubs and Jared was very helpful. Gave me all the sale information, offered to take my clothes into a dressing room which kept my hands clean to be able to look. Great service all the way around!!

They are the best, I shop at the temple texas store, they take the time to truly help you find what uniforms fit you best and the most comfortable. They are very friendly and treat you like family!!! They also have great prices and the scrub are well made. I have been shopping here since they opened and I have never had anything bad to say about this place!!! I tell everyone I know to go there for the scrub needs

UPDATE: Their new store is amazing. Plenty of scrub selections from xs to 5x, talls, petite. They have purses, perfumes, t-shirts, bags. The customer service is over the top. I will never shop any other scrub store

Customer service above and beyond! They were willing to meet me after hours to pick up a package that I needed for a Monday. Definitely recommend the Temple location to anyone just based off of their customer service! They also have a good variety of scrubs.

The best scrub store ever!! Everyone greets you with a smile and is helpful throughout your entire visit. The easy pay is great for young people getting started in the healthcare industry! I recommend coming here for all your scrub needs!!!!

Absolute best service I’ve ever experienced. The manager did his best to help everyone and made sure I found the perfect fit. Definitely made me feel right at home!

Just to add an update I ent back yesterday and was in and out in under 10 minutes! Miss Tammy knew exactly what I needed and was so helpful and kind!

Best shopping experience! The manager was super helpful. I’m 31 weeks pregnant and he helped me find the most comfortable pair of scrubs! I like how they offer a payment plan. I will for sure being going back again!

Went to get a few things and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I believe Houston was the name of the guy who answered all my questions and even ordered a size they didn't have in stock and shipped to my place for free. It's not so easy to find nice scrubs for men but they have quite a few choices. Thet even let you split up your purchase into payments which is a nice perk. I will be back here again when I need to grab a few more sets.

Employees are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They carry a big variety of brands and colors, and sizes. I will definitely be buying all my scrubs here from now on.

Super Nice store, they never rush you/ stalk you around the store. If you ask for help they will be super informative and they always have some deals going and allow you to pay in payments. They have a large selection of scrubs of a lot of brands in the store.
My only downside is I wish they had a little more print scrubs, I tend to buy print scrubs tops online and then just buy pants and jackets here b/c plain scrub tops bore me badly.

The experience in this store is amazing. Everything from customer service to the selection of scrubs that is offered is great. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the medical field.

I went here last Tuesday night and I walked in like 15 minutes before they closed. I needed scrubs for my job the next day. They were sooooo helpful! They didn’t rush me! They weren’t moody because they had to stay past closing to help me find scrubs. They were very informative and I never wore scrubs before and I’m plus size so sometimes things don’t fit right. But it was sooo easy and they made me feel so comfortable. I felt at ease with them. I even ordered a top to be delivered to my home and I received it the next day! Houston went above and beyond and his customer service was the best I’ve ever had at any place. He needs to be a CEO or something. And I come from a customer service background. Thank you soooo much guys!

After reading the reviews I decided to take a drive from the Austin area and I am so glad I did. The friendly and caring staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and
helped me find scrubs that I absolutely love!
