Extraco Banks | Temple: South 31st

The banker that helped me out was Chameika and she was amazing. Great customer service and she was very nice. My day wasn’t going as planned but she was gracious to help me out. Would definitely want to have her for future help.

Chameika was AMAZING!! We came in with so many questions about getting a check from our insurance settlement deposited and having funds available quickly. She was able to get us directed to the right people and got us settled quickly.

I have recently taken over a family's banking needs and have received excellent customer service from everyone! They have made a challenging situation very easy for me! I highly recommend them!

OMG!!!!! When I tell you that my first impression of Extraco Bank wasn’t the greatest. BUT, Alex H. handled our situation and got it DONE! She is professional, courteous, and informed.

She informed me of the short time expectation that I would wait for the service I needed. When I went and met with Sandra Martel, I was immediately greeted with such caring and helpfulness from her. Bethany was very pleasant and personable. I needed money for a book fair so it was a little more complicated than a typical transaction. She was patient as I tried to figure out if I had the correct breakdown of coins to accommodate my cash drawer needs.

So far so good. I've called customer service twice and both times the person who answered was polite & courteous. The knowledgeable about the website and able to guide me through what I needed to do without hesitation.
