Christian Brothers Automotive Temple

I love these guys! They are always so friendly and helpful and treat return customers like family. I trust them to keep my Audi in great working condition. And speaking of trust…imagine my surprise when I get in my car after she’s had her spa day and I see this. I didn’t realize I had dropped money in the floorboard. Trust? Heck yah, these are quite obviously trustworthy folks. Go see them!

I’ve used Christian Brothers a total of three times on two vehicles. I find them to be dependable and honorable. I love the digital communication systems they have in place. All of their personnel have been polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They effectively snd efficiently diagnose issues. Their 3 year, 36 month guarantee whichever comes last is perfect for me. The only negative comment I have is their pricing on parts seems to be a little high.

I brought my Ford Flex in so they could look over it and do a high mileage maintenance check up. I was sent a detailed quote of the things they saw and then was able to approve any or all of their recommendations. There was no sales pressure at all I really liked that. Another plus is that they have a key drop so I could drop the car off when it was convenient for me.

I totally loved how fast and efficient the service was. I had been searching for someone that would do service on a Mercedes Benz and I was told they have a experienced worker who work on foreign cars. I felt at ease that the job would be DONE right. I was worried about getting back home after leaving my vehicle but Christian Brothers have a courtsey car to provide you with rides. The entire staff was very nice and I will be using them for All my service needs.Thanks and see you all soon!

Love the added transparency with their use of online pics with a clear description of current conditions and symptoms. Will continue to take our vehicles here without hesitation.

This shop performed an all wheel alignment on my car and diagnosed my sister's air conditioning system on her truck. The staff at Christian Brothers in Temple were professional and answered all questions. The work performed was top notch and fixed right the first time. Had a pleasant experience both times and will definitely use this facility again.

I’m brand new to the city of Temple Texas and I’m from the Philly area. Looking for a mechanic I could trust to care for my car, I thought I’d try Christian Brothers. I could not have been more pleased with the transparency in estimating the cost of repair, the availability of service(same day), the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable waiting area at the shop. Very happy to say I will be a returning customer.

I was very satisfied with the service I recieved from Christian Brothers Automotive in Temple, TX. I was traveling to visit family from out of town and had AC trouble. They took me day of and was able to diagnosis and fix my problem with no trouble. It worked beautifully for our 8 hr drive home the next day. I was also surprised to find out there is a warranty on the work and the company is a national chain, so there is one near my home town.

Very knowledgeable group helped diagnose my issue and repair in a timely manner. Both dropping and picking me up from work making it easy to get my truck in and as well get back to pick it up. Not our first time getting our cars worked on, wont be the last.

We have had multiple great experiences this month alone! Started with a transmission issue for which our warranty company tried to fight and haggle, but the staff was wonderful in advocating for us and ensured we got a new transmission instead of parts pieced together as a temporary fix. A few weeks later we had to go back due to a new sensor going off. When the van computer didn't save that in its system and they were unable to diagnose they told me to bring it back in without an appointment. They took it back in without hesitation, quickly diagnosed the problem and again advocated for us with the warranty company. They had it approved and parts ordered the same day. The best part is the fact that they will take you home and pick you up anywhere in belton or temple. Instead of stressing over an Uber or bothering friends, they were happy to get me home and pick me up to retrieve the vehicle! Everyone I came in contact with was beyond kind. I am so grateful our warranty company sent us their way. They will be our go to for all automotive needs.

Quick service with recommendations that they were not pushy about. Last year I had the same service done on my car and they did preventive procedures to either identify if there was a leaf or not. A little more in costs, but I feel you get what you pay for. Very satisfied.

Strolled in to Christian Brothers not really knowing what to expect but they were the most professional auto repair shop I've ever visited, and I was a mechanic for several years. Thier communication was impeccable, didn't shame me for not wanting to do some of the things that were recommended and seemed to understand that people are working on a budget. Christian Brothers will be my go to shop for my Ford and my wife's Volvo hands down bar none.

They're very friendly and did a great job on my car! Being able to see the reports and approve of the service and billing online is super convenient. I would definitely take my car back here if it needs service again.

My daughter traveled through Temple as she headed back to college with 2 friends. Her car breaks down. I called a couple of places but Christian Brother’s is the one who was willing to help. They recognized the urgency, modified their schedule, and accommodated my daughter immediately. They found the problem, fixed the problem, and got her on the way in less than 60 minutes.

I called first thing and spoke with Cassidy, who was amazingly nice! With no appointment and never having been there I rolled up 2 hours later with a plug in my tire thinking I needed it patched. Brian (pretty sure), who was JUST as nice as Cassidy helped.
They took my car around super quickly, and man they were busy!
Came back and reported that they had tested the plug and verified it was holding, that I really didn’t need a patch. Then refused to let me pay for even the testing or diagnostic.
It takes A LOT to trust a garage isn’t trying to just make money off you. These guys absolutely only care about keeping people happy and safe, not their wallets. They’ll be the only garage to ever touch my car again.

I took my car in and within an hour and a half it was fixed and I was back on the road. It was making a lot of noise when I pushed on the gas peddle. Turns out I just needed a bent bolt replaced.. They were extremely professional, fair and their prices excellent!!! I would definitely go back again!

I had a sprayer problem to my windshield wipers and a steering question. They made a prompt appt. to diagnosis to make repairs if needed, they were efficient, professional. Waiting time was 1-1/2 hrs. finding minimal repairs & encourage my safety in my vehicle. I trust their work.
