Ruby Tuesday

Was there at 8pm and it was pretty empty but I had a great meal two nights in a row. I tried the deconstructed kebab and it was actually quite good and a decent portion for the price. The salad bar was neat, fresh and fully stocked, not a wilted piece of lettuce to be found. The service both nights was excellent. The place is a little rough around the edges but I have seen much worse. A little attention to detail could go a long way. While my order was not complicated I won't hesitate to go back. I'm not sure the 3.7 stars is applicable anymore and might be worth another try for those that had a less than stellar experience.

Omg I swear I have never had such AMAZING food in my entire life! It wasn’t busy at all when me and my family went. I got the 6 ounce steak medium rare and I WISH I got a bigger one! It was tender but not too soft and juicy with an overall spectacular taste and texture! Only a small piece of fat on the edge but the rest was incredible. There is no such thing as perfection but it sure came really close! Everything was so hot and fresh! I will be recommending this to everyone I know and more! Our server was Mike and he was just great! Not overwhelming in any way overall an amazing person and made sure we were having a good time! My family is VERY picky and even they said this place was better that the food they had been eating at other restaurants and fast food. 100% my new favorite place to go for food and service, never been better! Best place to go! 10/10 recommend!

We ate here after church and our waitress was awesome! She was so friendly and she took great care of us. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and was so friendly with our little nephew. The food was absolutely delicious! We got Fish and chips and the fish was cooked perfect! Best fish he has had in a long time. I got the Deconstructed steak bites and let me tell you! It was so tender, juicy and delicious! Honestly the BEST steak I’ve ever ate! We will definately go again! Overall a fantastic meal and experience!

Everything was great! We love Haley. We want her to wait on us all the time. She is so sweet and nice and a great server. Even when she ends up being the only waiter, she still stays calm and does a great job even though she's very busy.

We have been at the Tullahoma TN Ruby Tuesdays twice this week. First on Sunday with a party of 5 and again today as a party of 2. Kaylie was our waitress on Sunday and Carla was out waitress today. Both days the food was awesome. The facility was very clean and the both waitresses were very friendly and very attentive. The new GM, John Hines, is awesome and a big asset to this restaurant. Keep up the good work. Look forward to seeing y'all often.

Mike was awesome, he recommended some options and was spot on with my the ribeye quesadilla. He was super attentive and friendly; so much so that we will definitely come back and ask for his section. 11/10, would recommend and we will be back!

Im not usually a fan of Ruby Tuesday's, but was visiting family and it was recommended. It was during a rush and while I did see some servers standing around, I made sure to get the names of Kiara, Lonna, and Hailey because they were offering great service. Food was well prepared, but it seemed like with such a rush, the manager should have been out front to help with the chaotic atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for us, but I don't think everyone in the restaurant had the same service we got.

I visit pretty regularly and I am always met with a smile. Haley always knows what I like and has my drink ready. She is wonderful and you all are lucky to have her. I also recently met the gentleman Mike and he is a great addition to the restaurant. I will for sure be back.

Food was great love the chicken fajita tacos and ruby relaxer was amazing but my waiter mike went above and beyond the best server I have had in a long time very friendly and polite and very helpful and courteous he deserves a raise good server's are hard to find but he was amazing 👏

Stopped in for a quick drink and appetizers on a Sunday afternoon! Haley was the best hostess and waitress and made us feel right at home! Best place in Tullahoma to eat!

Hailey was our waitress and was an outstanding lovely young lady vey helpful and knowledgeable about the food choices it’s nice to see someone who actually knows their job will definitely be back

I went to eat here today, the service was AMAZING! They were super friendly and the servers took care of us at our tables whenever it was convenient:). I am definitely coming back!

Kaylee was amazing... My mother came home and was absolutely pleased with her service! Crazy thing is they don't even know each other

Salad bar was great. Very clean. Multiple types of lettuce to choose from. The salmon i ordered was delicious

After not visiting this location in nearly a year, due to a decline in my experiences there, I was very pleased to visit again recently and was impressed. One of the servers from years past was back, and I was impressed that the salad bar was up to par and well maintained during my visit.

Haley was my server and she did a great job and checked on me several times and made sure I had a tea to go. I was impressed that the overall appearance of the floor and tables, etc was very clean and up to par, especially since in times past they were not.

The manager Chris even came around to each table to check on the food and if there was anything he could do while I was there which is very different from my last time there a year ago. Things seem to have changed greatly for the good and hopefully you can keep it up...

We always eat late on Saturdays and Mike always takes care of us and our twin boys!!!

Where do I start? Lunch yesterday was AMAZING!!! You should've been there.. I think my servers name was Tamara. She did a really GREAT job. If you have a chance to drop by go grab some lunch. She'll take good care of you

This location was packed! The server was attentive and took care of us perfectly. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh.

Jess was your server. Joe was the manager. Wonderful ribs, both Jess and Joe were wide open but happy about it. Turtle cheesecake as dessert was wonderful. Jessica was an amazing server with how busy she was and the manager, bald guy, was wonderful with us and the tables around us. When you pass through again, you will visit us again.

The food was delicious 😋. The service was great 👍 The atmosphere was very pleasant.
