Fajita Kings

I fully believe the bad reviews come from the takeout orders and the good ones come from dining in. Portion sizes look smaller in a massive styrofoam container, and Uber drivers are hardly known for preserving food presentation.

For late night takeout though: It's greasy, quick Mexican fast food *with vegan options* which is hard to come by round' here. The presentation and the restaurant look nice from the pics but peep my pic below to see the delivery presentation. This is exactly what I wanted anyway so thank you !

Been here twice for lunch. Love the barbacoa, not greasy but tender and tasty. The torta didn't have enough barbacoa though. The taco had a good amount. The tacos here are very inexpensive for their size. I'm probably used to prices in all the other cities close by. What a rip. Well, great lunches for a great price.

Staff were friendly and quick. Place was mostly empty around 11am both days.

This was our first time here at Fajita Kings and it was actually very good and a nice place. The employees were very nice to as well as helpful.👍👍👍👍👍🤗 We had the Enchiladas Rojas and they were very good 👍👍 👍👍 and also for the first time I tried the Chicken and Spinach Enchiladas plate and that was very Good 👍👍👍👍👍🤗😋😋🤤. They had a huge selection of pastries and we had to try the Vanilla 3 Leches ,it was Delicious 😋👍👍👍👍🤤.

This place was amazing!! Food, service, bathrooms, music, and atmosphere 10/10. I will definitely be back. I had the street taco plate, loved it. My wife got chicken fajitas she loved it. Spanish artichoke app was tasty. I bought the fries as a side item, most delicious crunchy fries I've ever had.

We spent around $60 w tip, but we got an app, side of fries, and an extra barb taco. So we Def went a little side order crazy. Prices were good.

Absolutely loved it here! The food was amazing and fast. Tacos were full of flavor. Queso was so good! For some reason we weren’t given chips when we ordered our queso; not sure if that’s something you have to purchase separately or not.

You have to stop by Fajita Kings if you're in Temple. The food tasted great and was seasoned. My daughter got a burrito. She had leftovers, but what she left, she should have eaten...lol. It didn't make it home. I selected the Chicken Tortilla Soup. I will tell you, it was different than what I've had before. Not that it was bad, I just never had potatoes in my Tortilla soup...yes rice but no potatoes. However, the soup was really good. I also got a single Beef Fajita taco with a side of rice (for the Chicken Tortilla Soup), but potatoes were inside, and like I said... the beef had seasoning. It wasn't crowded whem we got there...it was only one family inside eating. The employees were nice and tentative. We enjoyed our first time there. I will be back because the menu and drink menu is huge. My daughter and I will return as often as I can to try everything I want on that menu...so authentic, especially the tortillas. Oh, and that was a Tequila Sunrise, very delishhh.

Food was GREAT and price is GREAT! I definitely recommend trying them out. They are also locally owned which is a plus. They are very helpful and friendly too. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Fries which also came with shredded beef and cheese. That’s my favorite dish so far but you should definitely check it out yourself.

I was in the area and looking for a place to eat that had vegan options. I decided to give this place a go and ordered the cactus tacos. Let's just say they did NOT disappoint! I hadn't eaten nopales in forever and these street tacos were so good! Served with avocado, plenty of onions, cilantro and a side of black beans, I left 100% satisfied and look forward to eating them again the next time I am in town.

after eating here i don’t think i can go anywhere else for mexican food and actually enjoy it. the food and vegetables are always fresh when you order it and it’s so delicious too. never over or undercooked. 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻. the interior is honestly really clean and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. i would definitely recommend you and your family to go and eat there. also make sure to tip the 2am shift lead they work so hard 🥰.

So I have to say I wish I could have waited a bit later to go so I could have seen how pretty the lighting was but we are used to having to wait over an hour at places to be seated. This brings me to my first point about the place, there was no wait. We sat where we wanted and immediately the crew was getting our drinks and appetizers. She was so nice and helpful in ordering as well. The place was very nice and clean and the staff was very attentive. Don't let the outside appearance fool you, it might have a drive thru but it is a dine in experience. The fajitas and the street tacos were incredible and that might be my favorite chicken enchiladas. It is definitely a place to check out!

First time here and the staff were welcoming at first entrance, greeted with friendly smile and quickly offered services menu with drink while in look over menu provided with hot chips & salsa while order prepared. Food came out got still steaming and the presentation was awesome. Great first impression. I will be back

The name says it all! They are The Fajita King, our lunch was Excellent! The taco salad shell was light crisp and loaded with meat. My Sunday Sunset drink omg delicious, the Throne Out fajitas menu item was absolutely Best we’ve had.
Clean restaurant with large booths or choose a quaint table. Climate inside was comfortably cool with authentic music. Very much enjoyed my visit.

This establishment is awesome. Great tasty food. We were greeted immediately by Lorean. She was very pleasant throughout our visit. Our meals were cooked and served quickly and accurately. We were all surprised at how fast we were served. Our party was a party of five. It was the first time my wife and I visited this restaurant. This was my daughter’s and her family’s several time visiting. The restaurant didn’t disappoint. My wife and I highly recommend this establishment.

This place and the service was really amazing! We were in Temple visiting someone in the hospital and decided to run and get something to eat. Fajita Kings is very close and easy to get to from the hospital. I would highly recommend it.
My wife got the fajitas and I got queso flameado. They were both very good. You can see them in my pictures.
I love all the windows, but I think window tint would be a great upgrade.

The cuban tacos were AMAZING. They were busy, but we were served in a reasonable amount of time! The wait staff was super friendly. We’ve had to-go there before as well and it’s always fresh and still hot by the time we get home! We will definitely be back. Maybe even for breakfast!

This place lives up to its name. They should also be referred to as the Molcajete kings as well.

Absolutely amazing! Been here 3 times now and tried several items from Quesadillas, to Fajitas, to Cuban Tacos and each has been better than the last! And save for dessert, Strawberry Tres Leche is heaven 😋 Service is always on point and drinks are great!

Drove out from Killeen for Taco Tuesday, it was our first time eating there and the food was really good. The service from DD was great as well. Lots of menu options, good bar selection, clean, family appropriate environment but also had a dj booth for the turn up nights that they stay open to 2am on.

Great atmosphere and tons of food selections, many different Latin dishes from other countries. The prices are reasonable and the food was delicious, I had the milanesa which was on point! Highly recommend.

Our take out order was prepared to perfection. Top notch customer service and amazing food sets this spot apart from all the rest in the area.
