Capital Ford

So I have chosen Capital Ford for the last two preventative maintenance and warranty work for my two year old Bronco. I am always treated well from the time I make the initial appointment, the delivery of the loaner car, to the delivery of my two year old Bronco Black Diamond. Each time I've been given a beautiful, and almost brand new, loaner car to show off in while.mine is being cared for at Capital Ford's main service shop. They've always kept their word and provided me with daily progress calls, and have never tried to talk me into something I didn't need. In fact, all work has been done professionally, and they ensure that they don't leave dirt or grease in the truck.
The gentlemen that work in the Service Department (especially Colt M) are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, even if I didnt purchase my Bronco from them. I don't mind driving the extra few miles to go to Raleigh to get the 5-star service every time! Thank you Capital Ford!

Dan Hill at Capital Ford was such a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what I was looking for, gave me the opportunity to view several SUVs and did not pressure me in any way. He to,d me he would get what I wanted and he made good on that. Everyone I spoke to there was pleasant and not condescending to an old lady!

I have spent what seems like the last couple of months looking for the right Bronco. Anyone looking for a specific one will know the pain of having the right one just out of reach (or waiting many, many months). I have dealt with pretty much every dealership in the area and while everyone was friendly and helpful, Mitch Anderson became a fast friend from the moment we stepped on the lot.

Wow, what a great experience. Not overly attentive or pushing a particular vehicle he wanted to sell, Mitch listened to what we said we were looking for. While not having any vehicles that matched our description, Mitch did have something similar and dropped what he was doing to take us for a test drive. We left. Over the following weeks, Mitch checked in every now and then to provide updates and sometimes had a possible match. When a new Bronco came in, Mitch reached out straight away and was super flexible with scheduling our visit to come see it. Unlike other dealerships who sheduled an appointment when one came in but ultimately sold the vehicle before we got there (all in the same day!), Mitch held onto it for me.

The whole process at Capital Ford was great. Everyone we dealt with in the process was super nice and approachable, even the other sales folks who'd just stop by for a friendly, welcoming chat. While we came in late in the day, Mitch and the team accommodated us well past closing time. What a great experience all around. A big Thank You to Mitch and the team at Capital Ford. We will be coming back next time, for sure.

Took my son to look at a Ford Ecosport after his Fiesta was hit from behind and was totaled. Ron Speller was our sales associate and really knew his stuff. He took care of us down to the smallest detail. Overall, the experience was pleasant, easygoing and professional from start to finish. I came to Capitol Ford just to look at what was available. The salesman, David didn't hound me or beat me over the head. He was so busy, but did check on my thoughts every so often, which is how I like to shop. When I was done I told him i preferred the 2020 GMC Sierra Denali, and I would be back to pick it up I'm the morning. When I returned the next day, the truck was clean and sitting out front awaiting me. It was by far the best, seamless auto purchase I have experienced.
