I've requested multiple services from Sears in the last few weeks. All were done perfectly. Very professional. Fair prices. Sears is my only choice for tires going forward! Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, fast service, great prices. They got me in and out with a new set of tires as well as some suspension components I requested them to install for me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I took my Chevy in for an inspection and it took less than 20 minutes. One of my lightbulbs wasn’t working. They plug in a new one, and it still didn’t function. They were honest and upfront about it, said it’s probably an electrical issue, and the bulb is good. But rather than charge me for a new $30 bulb that I didn’t need, they were honest about it, put my old bulb back in there, and recommended I check the electrical lines and fuses to see if it would be an easy fix.

That’s exactly why I come here every time, and exactly why I don’t go to the big chain auto shops! They’ve permanently earned my business after that.

These guys are awesome! I couldn’t find my grease gun to add grease to my trailer bearings and these guys took care of me fast! In and out with great results. Would definitely have these guys replace my truck tires when the time comes.

These guys are fantastic and I'm so glad I went to them for help on my new tires. I got a great deal, and the service was fast. While I was waiting (which wasn't very long) I was listening to the way they dealt with and talked to the other customers. I was so impressed. Not only were they engaging and warm, but they knew most everybody's first name and asked about their families. They are kind, cost efficient, and do good work. I'm a lifer! Great place family friendly gets it done

Taking my Jeep Wrangler to Sears Auto was a great experience. They were up front and honest with my repairs and thoroughly explained all of my options. I feel like I finally have a mechanic I can trust. My Jeep is running fabulous now. Thank you!

I have NEVER had a shop that is my "go to" place for all repairs. They are the first ones. I only used them because my employer uses them for fleet maintenance. I can drop my car off in the morning, walk 5 minutes to get to work and a lot of times I can pick it up the same day before I get off at 4 pm. EVERY LAST ONE of those guys have treated me with dignity and respect. I never felt cheated or misled and they are easy to talk with. As long as I live in this area (regardless of whether or not I am still with my current employer), I will use them. It has been a pleasure dealing with them and so far it's been around 5x that I have needed them....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS....word of mouth is one of the STRONGEST advertisements. I made quite a bit of money in sales (eons ago) after I was in it for a while and I kept getting referrals from people. Anyways...I would say "See ya soon", but that means I gotta spend $$$...LOL!!!

Very polite and willing to do whatever to work you in on short notice. The work done on my vehicles are fixed correctly and reasonably price! Will not go anywhere else!

Had a alignment done. My appointment was at 1:30. They were on time, and I was done in less than one hour. Price was very reasonable. I couldn't be more satisfied. I would recommend this shop to everyone. They've earned my business for sure. Thank you Sears Tire and Auto.

Stopped by for a state inspection. Very friendly customer service representatives make for a great atmosphere. Quality control and customer retention is an obvious goal for this shop based on the immaculate state of the bays. One of the cleanest shops I've seen in a long time.

This place is awesome! My tire pressure kept getting low in one tire and i was tired of going to pump it up so i called Sears on my lunch hour to see if they could check it out. They told me to bring it in right then and they would look at it. I was there 5 minutes after calling them and they pulled my car in the garage right away. Sure enough, i had a nail in my tire and the patched it and i was on my way back to work! Great service, friendly and very affordable! Thank you , Sears!!!!

Our daughters car was feeling like it had a flat tire, but no flat tire. We called Sears, they got us in the next day and told us she needed new brakes, front tires, and alignment. We were not surprised, figured it needed all that. But they gave us a great deal and it was done the next day. The bill was a couple hundred dollars less than the same thing on my husbands car 3 years ago at a national chain in Holly Springs. We will be bringing our cars to Sears from now on. Very nice people too.

I just had my first experience with Sears Tire and Auto, and what I experienced was knowledgeable staff with friendly service who did good, quality work at a very reasonable price. It’s rare to find an auto shop that delivers in all of these areas. I will be returning for future work.

I've had work done here 4 times, and just scheduled an appointment for my 5th - each time has been a pleasure, and each time the actual cost has come in LESS than what they quoted me. They're helpful and honest and don't squeeze me for every dollar they can - they only do the work that needs to be done. The guys in shop clearly have knowledge and skill because they've been able to accurately diagnose problems that other people have gotten wrong.
