Kelly's general store is a wonderful place to shop. There is a large variety of cool things that are cheap. Her prices are much better than other places. I always find something there I have to have before I leave. Go check it out! She's got something for EVERYONE!!

Amazing live bait house with a decent terminal, plastic, and hard bait selection. Kelly is extremely helpful and welcoming (whether you're a local like myself or not.) She will help you any time day or night! This kind of service is not often offered in the post covid world of today. Thank you for keeping this place great!

I go here to purchase crickets for my sons, Bearded Dragon that he has. The crickets are priced very reasonably. Kelly (The owner) is always super nice. I went by there today and she is closed on Wed and Thursday. But, there is a note in the door that says to text or call her number, if it’s after hours or closed days. I decided to text the number and she responded and came by in just a few min. It was awesome. She is one of the stores that give the meaning, “LOCAL” a great name!!!! Kelle’s Store is the best live bait place near Lake Adger and Lake Lure. It’s a terrific local resource, and Kelle’s service is top drawer!
