Joe is very kind, professional, and straight forward. He fixed my husband's car and made sure we were updated periodically. He even came in on the weekend to get the car back to us quickly. He was also kind enough to share his knowledge about different vehicles I told him I was considering for purchase.

Service is great and Joe is a solid guy. Have had him do jobs that I can’t do myself due to clearance and needing a lift.

Great mechanic, Usually really busy but the owner Joe will always make time for your vehicle needs, from minor to major. Never had Quality Auto Care do any bodywork, but I have seen before and after and I was thoroughly impressed.

I would also like to apologize to Joe Diniz(owner) and Miriam for me posting what I posted and taking it to social media instead of being man enough to take it to you personally.

I go to Quality Auto Care all the time and Joe is an honest and trustworthy mechanic. He runs his shop all by himself with no employees and although sometimes the wait can be a few minutes longer the service you get will always end up with the vehicle, boat, trailer or RV/Truck will be working again. I have seen an individual leave after waiting 10 minutes but for a 1 man shop, that means someone else can move up.

On major jobs, I’ve seen Joe stop what he is doing to take care of walk-in customers. Small jobs he always ask for a few minutes. I’ve gone to other locations like firestone and others where the appointment is one time and due to being busy, you wait an extra hour. I understand that an appointment time is a time slot but shop business may impact it.

I’ve watched Joe on other occasions take what one shop has recommended for a repair for $1800 and fix what was actually wrong for $1100, as the other shop would have added more to their estimate as they didn’t address the issue and was replacing several parts not needed.

Quality Auto Care does body work from repair of acccidents to custom restorations, alignments, tires and balancing (have to order tires ahead of time) and mechanical repairs.

Over the past 16 years he has done engine and transmission replacements for one of my wife’s cars and neighbors to also boat repairs for me.
