Kevin was the absolute best! Added a new line to my existing T-Mobile account and he made the process of porting the number from Verizon so easy. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with the iPhone accepting the new ESIM( not his fault), but he got it all sorted out for us! Excellent customer service, and super helpful!

Alex was a doll baby he was absolutely supportive and a great delight in helping our family find our perfect phone plan !

Wonder why we love T Mobile and so glad we switched from Verizon? Its because of managers like Vivian at the Granite Falls store! We had a problem with an upgrade phone trade in. The solution took a couple weeks, but in the end, we were satisfied with the FAIR results. It was not an issue that was our fault, so I am really glad T-Mobile made it right! They always seem to do that....so far! Give this company a chance! Thank you! D.I

Today, my wife and I had the awesome privilege of meeting an amazing lady named Vivian, who happens to be the assistant manager at the Granite Falls, NC, T-Mobile store. Vivian helped us with a problem on my wife's phone and as a result of her expertise, it works like a brand new phone! She did effortlessly and made the whole experience an absolute joy! We had the privilege of meeting her associate, Jordan, as well.

This is by far the best experience of any kind. Christian and Lexis set me up a new account and helped transfered from my old service. These two individuals should be recognized for their professionalism, and not mention their great attitude. Very friendly people. T-mobile is extremely lucky to has these two individuals. Caitlin was such a pleasure! I switched from straight talk and she took her time explaining things to me and helped me with everything. I didn't think I would get to keep my pictures so I was happy when she told me they were on my new phone! I would recommend anyone come see her if you need a new phone or service.

We were assisted by Saul. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient (we're old and not tech savvy). He got us set up with a great deal that overall saved us money with much better service and benefits than our old provider. We'd highly recommend Saul.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I were looking to get a new IPhone 12, we stopped by T-mobile after going to other stores and we unknowingly went to just the right place. We met Matthew, who is hands down the best associate we have ever spoken to or had assist us, he knew plans, rates and thoroughly explained billing, plan options and features. After we had put the down payment on the phone we were also needing a case and screen protector to which Mattthew informed us of the financing option for accessories as well, which we had no idea that we could do. He went completely out of his way to assist us in every way possible and turned a first time buy into having two extremely satisfied and most definitely, returning customers.

Great phone carrier and customer service in store, always. Caitlin transferred my stuff to my new phone and got it activated. She also helped at getting my passwords figured out. I appreciate all the effort she put into our interaction, I couldn't do it without her!

Caitlin did an amazing job helping us get our sprint account fixed, getting our bill lowered and helping with getting me a new phone. This will be the only location we go to with help on our account, she took care of everything and made our visit hassle free

Came in to add my daughter to our plan and Myah was very helpful. She went over everything with us and even got my husband and I upgraded for nothing down! We will definitely be back to see the girls at this store!

When I first walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman named Will and also by a woman. I believe her name was Myah. The both helped me with the issue I was having with my phone not working properly. They were both pleasant and they are an amazing asset to T-Mobile.

Okay so first off, I love Tmobile. Always have and always will. Therefore I stay with them and just continously go in and pay my bill. Well this time was different. I was met as soon as I walked in by a young lady named Caitlin. She was so eager to help me that it honestly made the whole experience. Any question I asked she was more than happy to answer, which is amazing compared to my experience in morganton last month.

Went there to check on offers.
Josh was very helpful showing me all available offers and deals. Staff here is definitely more helpful and friendly than at the Hickory location. Worth the drive for sure!

Visited this location after leaving the Hickory location and it is a whole different experience. The girls were friendly and answered all of my questions. I will only ever come back to the store! Thank you Myah for your great customer service.

Myah has been super helpful with getting all of the phones on our account upgraded this last week. We have visited other stores in the past but will be coming back to see her from now on!

This was the best example I have ever had when changing carriers. Cait H is awesome. She worked very hard to get me transferred from Verizon to T Mobile. Amazing service.

Came into tmobile to activate a new account with two lines and Cait helped with that process. She was very quick and informative and I'll recommend anyone looking to go to tmobile to speak with her personally

Just want to say thank you to t-mobile Becca at granite falls and panda for all your help getting us started up with t-mobile. Took a while to get it going but they did an awesome job. Thanks again you're awesome
