Without Riley this would actually be a negative star review. For some reason my new phone wouldn't activate but he kept working on it, even once he was the only one in the store and was dealing not just with me, but every other customer that came in. It took over 3 hours, but due to his persistence, I left with my new WORKING phone. Verizon corporate customer care tried to force him into giving up multiple times, but he wouldn't accept that I would just be without a phone for 2 days. Whatever he got paid for his work tonight, I promise it wasn't enough.

We had an awesome visit today. Thinking it would be a long wait. NOPE not at all. He a busted phone and all when super fast and easy. Thanks for a great visit and fix!! One guy working and moving people in and out quickly and happy!!!

Riley was awesome to get my old phone back working until my new one arrived, and then did all of the setup for me.. wonderful experience!

Kelly Secrest was very helpful in getting us a working phone. Although we didn't buy anything new, he helped us evaluate our options to find the best solution.

Chandler was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was not frazzled when faced with multiple customers at one time. He gave each of us the time and attention we needed. He helped me every step of the way to include making sure all of my data was transferred properly to my new phone and setting up my old phone for another family member. He located discounts and applied them to our account. I would highly recommend Chandler at this location.

Jackson was an amazing representative from the time we walked in the door. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Despite the technical issues with our phones transferring data he continued to provide excellent customer service. Would highly recommend working with him when you go into the store.

We had the most awesome young man helping my wife and I. Didn't get his name, but he sold us both a new phone one day, then my wife needed help connecting to her car and finding some icons that were hidden. He fixed her problems! Such an excellent employee!

Chandler, Chandler, Chandler thank you! If you got to this store, find Chandler, he is your guy! He was friendly, helpful and informative! Not pushy and had a genuine desire to help anyone! He is definitely an asset to Verizon/this store/ this area! I have worked in customer service in many years and know the stress it can cause, but Chandler was as laid back and friendly at hour 2 as he was the 1st 30 minutes we met. Now don’t be alarmed I don’t think you will be there 2 hours like I was, I just have business to take care of and lots of questions. Either way Chandler you are awesome!

My husband Tony and I went in a week ago and we saw Jackson.. From start to finish, which was about a two day process (due to our previous carrier and their horrible customer service)Jackson never once got hasty or frustrated when helping us in the switch to Verizon wireless, He was very friendly and personable And completely made us feel comfortable from the time we walked in the door, not only is he very knowledgeable he will be upfront and honest if he is not sure but he will find the correct answer for you, We highly recommend anyone that goes in the store there in Granite Falls to see Jackson! Chandler, was also helpful through the process… Overall very satisfied and happy we chose to go to the store that day and switch over carriers!!

The overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Chandler was excellent. Very upfront and very informative on things. I don’t know the other guys name but he was super laid back as well. This will always be my go to store when I need something.

I am blown away at how amazing my experience was at the Verizon store in Granite Falls. I had a lot of requests that needed to be fulfilled and an employee named Chandler helped me with no trouble at all. I needed to pay-off a phone, upgrade my plan, switch phones, and make a purchase. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door.

Verizon employees Tre and Lexis both assisted me on this visit . Everything was satisfactorily explained and I was comfortable understanding products and pricing . Great job to both of these employees !!!

I just started a new plan with my wife. Jackson helped us out sooo much! Not only was he patient the whole time (around 5 hours), but he was very kind. Thanks, man. You deserve a raise!

We had a terrible experience at another local Verizon Dealer. So much that we left and ended up at the Victra Granite Falls store. Chandler was amazing and worked out the best deal for US. Sold us some of what the other store said we couldn’t get. Thanks Chandler and Verizon.
