A wonderful GameStop where the employees are always super cool but informative and just plain nice. I went in there my my daughters birthday presents and the worker that was there was very helpful and I very much appreciated her kindness.

Abby was SO helpful! We had an issue trying to find and use the warranty for my dad's brand new PS5 and she found and helped us get it exchanged when others were unable to! And what she struggled to do she called and figured out! Great problem solved and helpful worker! Absolutely loved the help!

The gentleman greeted us right when we walked in extremely helpful once we asked for help very informative unfortunately I do not know his name but great customer service

Best experience every time I enter the store. The manager here, well she is AMAZING. Game Stop gets 5 stars at this location, but she gets 10 stars. All the employees are nice, & helpful. Keep it up!

This store is amazing! We drove from Hickory after being sent from the store on HWY 70 saying they has something we were looking for for our son who had just injured his arm. Come to find out they did not have it. The store manager went above and beyond to respect our time, energy and efforts. He even called the manager of the store that sent us to take care of the issue. The sore was not crowded, neat and clean and everyone was eager to help us find what we had come for.

Great store, great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager at this store also recognizes discount not only for law enforcement/firefighters, but also military discount. Thank You for doing this. There are alot more active duty Military and Veterans than there are L.E. or firefighters. Great Store Manager!!! Again, Thank You Alot!!!!

Overall, an above average gamestop but they have 1 particularly amazing employee. Sarah has gone above and beyond to help me get hard to find collectibles on numerous occasions now. She has done a couple store transfers for me so I wouldn't have to drive 1 hour+ each way to another store. Literally every other gamestop employee I've asked to do this (at this same store and 3 others) have acted like it was a impossible request and we're typically very rude when refusing to do it. She is also super friendly and helpful during standard purchases as well, which makes their required suggestive selling a lot more bearable.

Greeted me when I walked in, ask if I needed help finding anything. Actually forgot to put one of my games in the case. Got home , realised it and called. And there we're very apologetic and gave me some store credit. Very nice people, knows how to correct there mistakes and make sure you are satisfied!

This is my 7 year old son's favorite place to go. All the employees assist him like he is a grown up. He can trade his old games for new ones and pay with his game stop card without me even saying a word. This makes him feel independent and excited and that makes me a very satisfied customer!

Absolutely LOVE the customer service and how nice and helpful Cannon is! I live in Lincolnton but will gladly make the 35 minute drive to shop at this store! Thanks for being SO awesome Cannon!

This is a good place to go to buy all your gaming needs in granite falls

Manager was extremely helpful and pleasant immediately after dealing with some pretentious, spoiled, child's mother who clearly had no idea what was going on and whose child was trying to pull one over on her.

Sure, a lot of the used games can still be higher on price than expected. Ebay isnt always cheaper. I enjoy going into gamestop. Makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. "I want to buy it all"! Seems clean on appearance. Doesnt smell bad. You get the right staff member and he or she can fill you in on info about games.

Always get great service here. They are always so helpful. If they don't have a game in stock they find another store that has it so I can get what I'm looking for.

Rex is awesome. I needed an HDMI and had a coupon from power up rewards that was giving us grief. He knows how to operate his store. It was clean, organized, and welcoming. It was the third gamestop I went to that day and no one else could help. Thanks to Rex, this gamestop in Granite Falls is my home store from now on.

Great place, but they need more used games for older systems.

Literally somewhere I went on a whim and experienced suppressed trauma I forgot about... But I got a fair price for a game that came out years ago.

My receipt said the employee working with me was Tyler. He was arguably the nicest employee for any chain store I've encountered.

The employees are always super friendly and helpful. There was one bad employee but he's gone now.
