Nice store very nice people. Very efficient. I asked for a silk piece for my father's grave and they delivered. Prices are not outrageous.

They are affiliated with "foryouflowers" online - They know the orders come in for less flowers than what is requested online (was told directly from a manager that they get complaints about it all of the time) - why continue to be associated with a company online that causes your business complaints because people are disappointed by their orders? Rightfully so when their order is missing more than half the flowers that was paid for.

Not only that, a same day delivery = next day and 2 dead flowers.

Do not recommend at all.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I had the worst experience with this Business. I ordered Flowers online and Scheduled them for Delivery for my Mother on a special occasion.
The order was never delivered - On the day the Flowers were suppose to get delivered, I called at 3 pm to get an ETA on the delivery. The person I spoke with told me it could not be guaranteed delivery. When I asked to speak with a manager, she hung up on me. I called back on my office phone and said, "I just spoke with you, I'm not sure if your call dropped or what. May I please speak with you manager?" Click.... She hung up on me again.

I called the next Monday to speak with the owner. She was very apologetic and said she received several complaints regarding this specific employee. She offered to throw in a box of chocolates on my next order. Although, I wish I would have went to a different Florists so my Mother could have gotten her flowers!
