Legacy GMC of Laurel

Legacy has a jewel in the service department who goes by Andy. She has been very helpful to us even though we bought our Terrain from another dealer. I will be extremely inclined to purchase my next vehicle from Legacy just because of Andy. Thanks Andy for your great attitude, help and service.

Appreciate everything Hannah, Andy and the team did for us. I was looking all over for a Yukon built the way we wanted, the ones we found were either already sold or in transit with no definite delivery date. This Yukon showed up right before I was going to call it quits and fly to Pennsylvania to buy one they had there. Hannah called me, sent me pictures and had everything agreed and ready for us before we got there. Made it super easy, this was a big surprise for my 5yr old daughter and I requested a bow for pictures, little did I know they didn’t have any bows, but Hannah went above and beyond to hand make one for our delivery. I’ve been in the car business for 7 years now and have never seen someone go through such length to make a customer happy, myself included! Family loves their new car! Thank y’all!

Excellent service department. They are professional, transparent, and communicate very thoroughly. Andariel in service made the experience terrific and did an amazing job helping me. I would recommend this dealership.

I was thoroughly impressed from the beginning. Sales staff (Hannah & Will) were knowledgeable and had a no pressure approach. Not like the "shark tank feeding frenzy" at other dealerships down the road.

I had some mechanical and software issues from the beginning and they were more than helpful in figuring it all out. Within a week my emissions system had a failure. When I called Hannah about it on my way to work, she didn't hesitate to bring me a loaner vehicle to my work and take my vehicle to there service shop.
Unfortunately the issue would require a lengthy down time. The staff at Legacy came up with 2 immediate options, 1 take the faulty part off a new vehicle and swap it out (thereby putting another new vehicle out of service for quite some time or get me into an identical new vehicle. Hannah found the exact same truck 2 hours away and the very next morning went to Slidell and brought it back. I was in a new truck by the end of the day.
This customer service goes along way with me and I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle at Legacy in the near future.
I highly recommend Legacy of Laurel MS to anyone that is interested in friendly, no pressure sales and fantastic customer service.

The service department is great! Excellent service. Emma was extremely professional. She stayed on top of our vehicle repair and kept us informed along the way of how our repair was going. The second question is misleading. I would definitely recommend your service department but your sales department, salesman Johnathon in particular, is a different story. He desperately needs to find himself a new job. He is extremely unprofessional and rude when it comes to customer service. I haven’t gotten around to writing my review of my sales experience yet, but it is definitely coming.

Prompt and courteous service. After getting a good deal and lots of paperwork later I had me a new GMC truck. I was also assured I would have great service after the sale. Over all a pleasant experience.

Q is an awesome and great sale person. She really went over and beyond to help me. She was so helpful and I would recommend anyone to see her at Legacy. She has great knowledge about her job and she very friendly and sweet. A raise should be in her favor cause her personality is awesome. Thank you Q for a job well done be blessed .

We had an excellent experience working with Legacy, particularly with Hannah and Andy. We are from the Gulf Coast and Hannah worked with us largely from a distance. She was quick to reply, helpful, informative and not pushy at all. Once we arrived, Andy was very knowledgeable & helpful in showing us the features of our new vehicle and getting everything set up. Everyone we came in contact with was very personable, friendly and helpful. They made our car buying experience stress free and enjoyable. We are very happy with our purchase and experience, and would highly recommend Legacy GMC if you are in the market for a vehicle.
