The food came out fast and was hot. The manager came over every once in a while and was very friendly. My only complaint is that one of the cashiers were quiet and I couldn't really understand them properly, other than that, my experience was great.

Very good quality and service. Chicken was bigger that bun as it should.

Love chic fil a! Doing a sunshine promotion that you fill out a card with positive words and give to someone else. The young lady that helped us was awesome. I wish I had my receipt ( I misplaced it🤦) so I could give her the proper recognition she deserved. Everyone I encountered was really awesome.

Went to basketball camp at SLU in Hammond,La stopped here for food customer service was great atmosphere excellent and service off the charts from Franklin Parish High School girls basketball team

I love this Chick-fil-A. Very fast service each time. The staff is always so friendly. I have never had any issue with my order or service here. Food is always fresh and taste really good. Interior is clean. Great experience each time. Would recommend this location.

Absolutely the best fast food company in the world. They have the best employees too. Walked in here at 1p.m. And the line was to the door. It still took less than 10 minutes to order and get my food. I’m amazed at how they do it. A great Christian run company that represents America well and sets the standard in the fast food industry that none of the others come close to.

Malachi customer service skills were phenomenal!!! I was waiting around to be served. No one acknowledged me. I observed Malachi clock in and immediately started preparing orders. He asked myself and another man whom was waiting if we had been helped and got our orders to us within seconds. Great job Malachi and thank you for your awesome service!!!!

About 5 minutes ago as I was leaving to throw my trash away a girl that worked there came up to me and asked to throw away all my garbage for me like my Momma that’s real 5 star type

It’s a fast food restaurant, not much of an atmosphere, but who goes to a fast food restaurant for atmosphere?!? The chicken sandwich was great, and so was the Mac & Cheese.

Let's face it. Best of all items available at a cost that we can afford . The coffee drinks are a plus. It's just so well organized and they hire summer help who are attractive, cheerful and hard workers. I

The line(s) were a full block long and looked like a bank with a double line. There were 4 or more people taking orders. They had it covered for sure. So impressive! We ate inside and as usual, the food was great and the people were fantastic.

Very clean and well maintained! Everyone is very kind as well. Sierra in the dining area was very attentive and Kayla was super sweet. Be aware that there is no play place if you have small children. Other than that it’s a great Chick-FIL-A

My kids love to play here, I personally don't enjoy the little room where no kids ever seems to break for a quick hand wash. I believe the bathroom to be too far from the indoor playground but the kids love it so that is all there is to that.

The day was scorching hot!..& so was this location..jammed packed & wanted see what all the attention to this spot was compared to all other fast foods surrounding..from the line pushing pretty quickly to the service & then the OMG food that was so fresh it melted in your mouth..wanted it again but live all the way in Chalmette!..now I'm looking for reasons to go in this location's area & near lunch time just so we can stop on by🤣

The French fries were the best I have ever had at chick-fil-A. Service was excellent but we didn't experience the atmosphere as we were getting our superbly made food to go. If I ever go back to Louisiana I will definitely look for this place.
