I went through the drive through. Staff was friendly and food was quick and correct. This is why there is a 5 ⭐. I was shocked to see a note on the drive through window that urged customers to contact the manager directly with issues. This screams micro management. Those poor employees! Looking at a lot of these reviews "poor management" is mentioned a number of times. Your employees are not the issue! I texted the number and said that I had a great experience with the employees and my text went unanswered days later!

Service was great. We asked for the #2 with orange juice and just a chicken sandwich with an apple juice. But the rep saved us money by giving us the bundle deal without having to ask us. That’s someone who knows her job well. I used to work in fast food and that’s how I was trained. Everyone should love saving money.

Tonight, my husband and I decided to grab a late night meal at this location. We were greeted properly before placing our orders and asked if we wanted to order anything additional, and the orders were repeated back to us for accuracy, before telling us the total. Additionally, upon arriving at the payment window, we were greeted by a very nice young man, named Terrance (I hope this is how he spells his name). He was taking orders, working the window, and preparing our food. Moreover, he maintained a professional and friendly demeanor while doing so.
Terrance, if you read this review, I commend you for your being professional and kind.This young man deserves a promotion.

Everything we ordered down to the sauces at the speaker drive thru was in ge bag hot fresh and no mistakes ..on point yall

This McDonald's is the McDonald's I got trained at the age of 16 new building same good food....service could be a lil more attentive

Love their caramel Fraps... and I don't like whip cream so I get it my way every time... long lines and wait time but it's worth waiting for!

Got there Sunday morning at 10:15 for breakfast. Drive thru line was kinda long so I parked and went inside to make sure I got my order in before 10:30. Entered my order and paid on the kyiosk. Lobby was relatively crowded, so I knew it might be a lil bit before I got my food. So I just chilled and people watched until my order was ready in less time than I expected. Sat for about 5-10 minutes perhaps shorter. I didn't actually time it. Food was great. I eat McDonald's breakfast for the nostalgia and consistency. This was a good experience.

Food seems to be better. My double cheeseburger was fresh, tasty and the cheese was even melted!
A medium coke topped off the meal.
The young lady taking the orders at the drive-thru today is always in good spirits, friendly and accurate. She's a great asset for McDonald's. I unfortunately didn't get her name...very sorry!

Nothing special. Tried to order and they sent us to the screen. They finally came to help. Why can they not just take my order. It's very disturbing 😐 😳

I find cardboard in my chicken nuggets. It was delicious I dipped it into the sauce ate it and it was absolutely delightful. Thank you so much McDonald’s for giving me the best
Experience in my entire life. Now all I eat is cardboard. Also I was eating my fish sticks and I found some raw bones and the crunch was so good and so yummy I also had the grimace shake and oh. Shnike it was delicious. But I got sent to the hospital so oops hahahah ok bye.

It was nice to finally be able to go inside and order. I did not mind social spacing, at least I did not have to interact through a window. I enjoyed the face to face interaction, even with the spacing required. The employees made me feel comfortable again to be able to walk in.

They always get my order correct. I ask for fries with no salt and it's always hot and fresh. The customer service is on point.

I just moved here to Hammond so I only have a couple months w this McDonald’s. EVERYTIME I’ve been there so far the food is hotttt. And good. I been there in the day, at night , all different times. I don’t usually review McDonald’s. But this one is very good. I’m hoping it don’t change since I’m leaving a review lol.

Fast food the way its meant to be. Hot and fast, yet still taste good. It was afternoon but we ordered from the breakfast menu. It seems they serve breakfast all the time. Big bonus in their favor. The food was cooked fresh and we were very pleased. I had just had laser surgery on my eye and was only in the mood for breakfast. Thank goodness McDonald's was there.

Service was great and food was delicious

Quick service at 4:20 am. Most McDonald's that says they are open 24hrs don't even come to the window at that time in the morning.

First time visiting this location and I was satisfied. Service was fast, accurate and the food was as expected and what I had hoped for. I ordered the Value of the day meal. QPC with cheese.

Half fast workers in no hurry to wait on customers and kind of rude if you ask them about your order.

Very good service here. The restrooms are always clean. Definitely feel like a valued customer. I visit here often. Also this McDonald's is a great place to study for that exam coming up!
