Quality Inn Darien-North Brunswick

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quality Inn Darien-North Brunswick and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warmest smiles and a genuine eagerness to make my stay comfortable.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a cozy ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of travel.

Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from recommending local attractions to promptly attending to any requests I had. Their dedication to customer service truly shone through and made my stay memorable.

Hotel is right off the exit. Staff was very nice and accommodating for our large crowd. Breakfast options were good, but not fresh cooked eggs, bacon, etc. but you could make your own waffles if you want something hot. Room was clean with toiletries included.

There are many hotels at this I-95 exit but I think the Quality Inn is the best one. Here's why: It was less expensive than the other hotels at the exit but that was a good thing, because even if it were $40 more, it would have still been worth every penny. Don't go by just price because I found the other hotels aren't as comfortable as this one, and I use I-95 all the time. This Quality Inn is clean, TV in my room was HD and either 42 or 44 inch LED. Air conditioner did a great job. It was quiet, too. I would have liked if the a/c made MORE noise because I use hotels' a/c as white noise but whatever. That's probably not what others want. I slept like a brick in this place, no noise, no b/s, and no problems. Charles checked me in and he knows a lot about the area, like good places to get food and such. If your route is on 95 between Orlando and anything 4 hours north, stay at Quality inn darien i forget the exact address but its prob in the review somewhere. Usually I stay somewhere in Brunswick on an exit but this time the extra 20 mins or so on 95 north was worth the little extra drive. Thumbs up to this Quality Inn.

Enjoyed our stay, staff was extremely nice. The girl at front desk made sure I got the best price possible. Very good location. Was there for short stay but was very pleased

Excellent hotel! Definitely not 5 stars but what it lacks in accommodations it makes up in service. The staff is absolutely amazing! Every single person we interacted with was very pleasant and went out their way to help. I have never encountered such hospitality so I can confidently confirm Southern Hospitality is the real deal!
Rooms were clean and well stocked, staff was checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Hotel offers free breakfast, which has a good variety.
Once I got home, I realized I left something in the room so I contacted the hotel and they already had my item in hand and ready to ship. It was promptly shipped and I received it within a couple of days. So if you're ever in town do not hesitate to book this hotel.

Best hotel and service mr Charlie greeted me my children and officer with most respect. He was very welcoming. I had got into very bad accident where my car might be total Charlie along with officer tiger towing truck guy put my things in the room which my son who is in Hawaii away deploy. Everyone new what team work was about. I was taken to hospital where I was stranded. Now saving the best for last, I called hotel and then I met my savior he was amazing compassionate Manager Mr. Chuck he offered to pick up me and my children from hospital which he did. mr. chuck heard me out we talk as we new each other for years. Drove us to hotel catered to any need I had without asking for nothing in return. Approved of my 3 different pets to stay in hotel with me. Trusted my word that they would not destroy room. These folks all new true meaning of teamwork hospitality. I would love to stay there again. Rooms was awesome. Everything new. Service was amazing!

Very very kind staff! As a female, shark week hit out of no where, and got some on the sheets, they didn’t make me feel bad for it, and gave my boyfriend new sheets to put on as soon as we told them! The room was spotless when we got in. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at plenty for conventions and summer vacations). If I do need a hotel to stay at again, definitely staying here! We got here way before check in time, stayed in the parking lot and they came to our car to tell us we could check in! Only thing that’s an inconvenience is the waffle maker didn’t work, but there’s a Waffle House just down the street.

Wonderful service, clean rooms, and an American Breakfast. The host at the front desk was amazing. Fixed our booking problem, reassured my elderly family members of the process, and was kind, helpful, and understanding.

No bugs and clean sheets!!

My husband and I stopped at a few different places ( most you had to book ahead of time) we originally went to a motel 6 and left when I saw two roaches in our room and 1 big spider. Quality inn has never disappointed us!

Great manager on duty. Made us feel very welcome. Very clean room and big comfortable mattress. Property is tucked away from the interstate and the room was very quiet. Nice breakfast. Nearby grocery store and fast food. Will definitely return.

The gentleman working that night was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly and understanding with how tired we were from moving cross country with two animals. He helped me with directions to a grocery store and was such a pleasure. I wish I'd gotten his name so I could tell the manager how awesome he was! The bed was massive and very comfortable. I wish the whirlpool tub was working, but it was out of order. But the shower worked perfectly fine, so no real complaint here. I would stay again if ever in the area!

Tiffany Chuck and Rachel were very accommodating and friendly, they are great members of the quality inn team! Family of 8 who came in well after 12 am, were welcomed and well taken care of with such ease! They really know how to welcome guests and make them feel at home. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Warmth and friendliness goes miles, especially for travelers looking for a place to stay. Rooms were spotless, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Will definitely be returning in future excursions

Smooth check in. They love dogs! The pool is wonderful the outside is pristine. Very friendly staff lots of spacious parking. The room get smell of incense oh, but it was clean and presentable.

Let me first start by saying I travel a lot for business and have stayed in at least (20) different comfort inns and let me just say from the initial greeting to my final check out I have had nothing but good vibes great customer service the rooms are clean and comfortable the staff go out of their way to insure your stay is worry free the manager is so dedicated to his hotel he’s always around be it 10:52 pm or 6 am at the buffet that only comfort inn serves free of charge and it helps you start your day off worry free . So for a guy who lives his life on the run take it from me if your tired stop off at comfort inn and if you happen to be near Darien , GA try the comfort inn there and sleep worry free

Day 3 of 5 day stay - not much better. The pool was great last night. My walking is limited due to arthritis, diabetes. My room is at the far end of the halll 2 nd floor, away from elevator, Key card didn't work to get in my room when I returned last night so I had to re-walk the hall to go to the lobby & get it turned back on. No apology, no reason why just "must have expired". Room was cleaned but only 1 bath towel, no cups, no tea bags. These are are the little things that would bring me back but aren't provided. Eggs & sausages for breakfast are old, rubbery. Need biscuit, unsweetened cereal choice, etc.

Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The manager knows his job and is always eager to make sure the guest stay was good. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back

Clean room and bathroom. Room was large and in room temperature controls were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Morning coffee was tasty. Free breakfast was decent usual free breakfast food but it was fresh and serving area was neat and clean

I didn't want to stop when we were having to hurricane my boyfriend made us and im glad he did. From the extremely courteous front desk to the wonderful maintenance man to big beautiful rooms you could actually live in everything is very luxurious and up-to-date. Very animal friendly even to not service animals
