Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Savannah I-95 South

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. Easily accessible off of I95 and close to gas stations/restaurants and a short drive to Downtown Savannah. We arrived fairly late our first night and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind. The room was great, and breakfast was plentiful.

Arrived from Texas only to find out that our reservation had not gone through. It was booked through my credit card app and I was never informed that it was not valid. Ebonee went above AND beyond to help us. She was able to accomodate us for 1 night here and helped us book somewhere else for the remaining days. Ebonee treated us with compassion and we are so grateful for her! Fairfield is blessed to have such a caring associate! It's not often that a stranger treats you like family.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. After a long-day of driving, I decided to make a rest stop in Savannah. Upon arriving, Joseph provided exceptional customer service with my last-minute reservation and very late check-in. The hotel has ample parking, hotel room was clean, and I was able to get a great night of rest (it was very quiet). The morning complimentary breakfast was good as well. Keep up the great work Joseph and Fairfield Inn staff!

We checked in on 12/23/24 and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Joseph, a gentleman who checked us in, was most helpful. We had difficulty with the refrigerator in our room. Joseph came to our room and fixed the problem. Immediately. He was warm and ready to assist as needed. Thank you Joseph!

Front desk clerks were very nice and thoughtful. Room was well kept and the beds were comfortable. Overall a great place to rest on our way through town.

AMAZING!!! Checking the reviews prior to the stay had me a little skeptical, but my husband and I had a great 5 night stay! Checkin with Michele was less than 3 minutes, she was awaiting our arrival. The entire staff was great (special kudos to Michele, Helen, and Joseph). Every concern was addressed promptly. All staff were professional and greeted us daily. The room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was great with many options daily. The pool was accessible and a nice little chill spot. We will definitely stay again in the future!

A couple family members were staying there and they said that their parents were beautiful I went and one of their rooms and it was fabulous

We currently have employees staying here for a job in the area, and I cannot say enough how kind and understanding the staff is. We have had to make several changes to rooms/dates and they have been very accommodating and helpful in the process.

Staff is incredibly sweet. They give new meaning to sweeter than a Georgia peach. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the fall season and every staff member would greet me when I come and go. Honestly speaking, location not the most convenient getting in and out, but the way you are treated here makes it worth it. I have recommended it to my coworkers whenever we have to go back in town.

We stopped on the way to Asheville from Florida. The location was perfect for travelling. We were greeted at check in by a super friendly employee. Our room was a nice size king suite. The only issue was the AC was not working great, but it was fine for the night.

Michele Simmons was working overnight and went out of her way to accommodate us with a few requests in the middle of the night. This location might not be in the fanciest neighborhood, but their overnight staff at this location were nothing short of superb.

I attended a 3 day retreat at a nearby location in Savannah, Georgia. A group discount was obtained at the Fairfield Marriott for attendees. We were very pleased by the quality of our accommodations and the hospitality we received. From reservations and check-in thru check-out, the experience was exceptionally pleasant. In particular morning auditor Helen and night auditor Michelle were outstanding. I have never had a better experience interacting with our host staff.

Looking for a comfy bed, traditional amenities and an indoor pool? This might be the hotel for you!

I stayed in my first Marriott a few years ago and now I will look for one before I go on business trips or vacation and plan my stay around it.

I have never been disappointed with a Marriott property. This location in particular is located close to 95 and there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Its tucked away so I feel safer staying here as opposed to the others around.

The beds are incredibly comfy (I feel the need to mention because most reviews don't include this and its very important to most-including myself.) The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly in the morning. Everyone that I passed said "Good Morning," its the small things that make all the difference.

The front desk is very accommodating and friendly as well. Everyone that I spoke to during my visit had a upbeat can do attitude. A++ service

Be sure to say hello to the beautiful breakfast connoisseur Ms. Thelma. She is such a delight for sleepy eyes first thing in the morning. I accidentally spilled cereal and she just said "welcome to the family, happens to us all!" Such a beautiful person.

I will be back.

Great service; large, spacious, and very clean rooms, stocked with plenty of towels and pillows.

When checking in, Jessica at the front desk provided excellent service and accommodated my family with the perfect room for my two young (and active) children, so that I wouldn't disturb other guests.

Indoor pool is a very nice, and plenty of parking - even on holiday weekends.

5/5 will be back again.

Nice clean rooms, Every single staff member was very friendly! I forgot a bag when we checked out. Ms. Stephanie knew I came with a traveling basketball team, she made the extra effort to locate me and let me know it was left. The team enjoyed staying there, not sure if the guests liked it! I would recommend anyone to come and stay here.

Stopped here on the home from Florida. Front desk was courteous and efficient. Appreciated the free hot breakfast before hoping back in the car for a long trip home.

The entire staff, led by Mr. Hamilton was very accommodating, friendly and went if their way to make you feel like you were at home. I stayed for almost a month due to be relocated and had stayed at another Marriot property before going to the Fairfield. It was night and day. When I made the reservation I spoke with Mr. Hamilton and took care of everything and was very professional and welcoming.
Kudos to the entire staff and Dorian Hamilton.

This hotel deserves 10 stars! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. It’s difficult to locate a hotel that is clean enough for my comfort. But, hands down, this hotel is the cleanest one I’ve ever used. Because many hotels reuse the slept-in sheets, I am weary of bedding. However, it was was crisp, clean and fresh. The towels, floor and toilet were like brand new! Every surface was sparkling clean. A++
The beds are very comfortable; featuring pillows that suck you into them and make sleeping delightful.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They were friendly, helpful and kind.
Also, the breakfast is superb! There were large quantities of any food imaginable. Upon entering the area, we were greeted by a lovely staff member. There was plenty of clean, comfortable tables available. The food and it’s presentation was excellent.
The indoor pool was warm. On the downside, it’s small and shallow. Don’t expect a hot tub. And, we were disappointed that the pool was closed almost our entire stay due to maintenance. Another disappointing feature was the internet. They offer free internet (basically only fast enough for research or email, as photos won’t load). If you want to stream anything, see photos or watch videos expect to pay 5 extra bucks a day!!!
I would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the inn was most enjoyable. The desk staff was very pleasant, the older lady in charge of the breakfast was exceptional and very efficient, and the crew that looked after our room made sure it was in tip top shape. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable.
