Store was super clean. The employees were eager to help very professional & friendly. Holy Moly the amount of Nikes & Crocs they have 💙♥💙♥ my kids were in heaven! We got to spin the wheel and saved extra money . We will definitely be back !

They were Great. I tried to find a pair of shoes that I liked in my size. (13- 4E). When I talked to the young lady at the Cash Register I asked if she could order the correct size for me. She did without any problems. I'm waiting for my shoes to arrive in a few Days.

Highly recommend this shoe store if you have big feet only place in town I could find my size 14 4E they also have large selection of other shoes and sizes at a good price

I've never been here before, but I heard they have shoes, but no clowns. How can they call this place a carnival with no clowns? I think at the very least this place needs an elephant ride, or some trained zebras. They do got shoes though so I guess that makes up for the fact that it's not a carnival. 5/5 would visit.

My wife was searching FOR MONTHS for shoes she would like. Came here once and found shoes within 15 minutes.
Shoes are so expensive (or are cheap and fall apart) so we take the time to really like a pair before buying.

A month later we go back to find shoes for her costume for work. We do!
Not only did we, but they also had a BOGO sale so she got shoes for later as well!!

I ordered shoes online and it’s been about 2 weeks since I got the email saying they were shipped. The tracking numbers I got were worthless because they didn’t have any info to give me when I would check. I called the 1800 number and could never reach anyone and also emailed twice with no response. I finally called our local office and a manager named James got on the phone. He was planning on passing the info onto his general manger and giving me a cb in a day or two. Not even an hour later he called me back saying he was able to find out where my shoes were. James went over and beyond to help me. I really appreciate that because all I wanted was someone to speak to me and tell me something!! Thank you James!!

Alway have great deals...and a prize wheel. Store is spotless and well managed. We live on a budget at times and believe me, they can save a Birthday or Christmas. I love Shoe Carnival. All smiles over here.

I was in need of summer sandals. I found a pair of shoes that were only $20.00. About to check out but the cashier ask if I needed anything else. I told her I was looking for sandals I saw online which were Shekchers. She showed me where the Sketchers were. I found a pair of Sketchers
sandals on sale and got both pairs of shoes.

I love shoe carnival. Needed shoes for my very tall teen son. They had his size and a large variety of different brands ge could try. I purchased some clearance pairs for me.

I'm going through a really bad time right now and the young lady inside there was very professional very kind and very helpful. I appreciate people like that. I bought a pair of Doc Marten boots from there. Very comfortable. I like this place.
