Every t-mobile store needs a Danny! This gentleman was the very idea of what great customer service should be like he even went out of his way to make a bad customer experience from another t-mobile store into a great one he redeem my faith in what great service should be like this young man and his coworkers were knowledgeable in the services and products he took his time to fix another stores mistakes his team Jaime and Nilly were there to help fix the problem as well this store his a great team that works together to get the job done. I was truly amazed and restored my faith in great service.

Customer friendly and all staff are professional and happy to assist. Special recognition to the manager and the wonderful Ms Helen. Willing to answer questions with a smile and take the time to explain the process. It was truly a pleasure shopping at this store!

Danny was amazing and spent over a hour helping us fix our phones even tho he didn’t have to. The customer service has by far been the best I’ve ever had at any phone company.

Went there today to transfer data from one phone to another and Josue (hope I spell his name correctly) was the guy that help us out. He went beyond to make sure that it was transfer correctly since at first the data wasn’t working correctly but he made sure that before we left that all was working. He was awesome if I ever need anything else this is the store I will be going to. One happy customer.

Amazing service provided. The staff was able to answer all my questions and even helped unlock my phone 5hqt 8 had paid off. The staff was friendly and even recognized me from the day before. Thank you for the amazing support that other phone providers seem to no longer provide.

Recently made a purchase at this store and I had a little problem with a promised credit to my account. After speaking with the manager she was able to take care of the problem. Very good customer service on her part.

Hands down Laura is the best! She helped us every step of the way with our new phone purchase on our business account. Even had to stay after closing hrs. To finish our purchase and order a 2nd phone. Her customer service skillz couldn't of been any better.
